Chapter Nineteen: Hallucination.

I was quite shocked by seeing that. But I ignore the matter and clean the surface where the writing were written. I then take the cat on my lap and sit on the bed. I then ask the cat, " You also feel him, right? Guess we are on the same boat." The cat then meows in agreement. Melissa then came and sit on the bed beside me and says, " What are you 2 talking about?" I reply, " Nothing. Just tired." " Yeah." said Melissa.

I then say, " I was thinking if we can go visit my parents." Melissa looks at me all surprised, " Honey, do you really want to I mean can we?" I nod and say, Yea, its fine. I can't always ignore them tho. So pack your bag. I will go talk with my boss for leave." Melissa nods and starts packing her and my stuffs in a bag.

As we wont stay more than 2-3 days, she is packing casual dress and our night suits. We will be taking long night journey, so we have alot of time.

Melissa is done packing and I was done talking with my boss and teacher and her ballet academy. Melissa then goes to cook and I pack her cosmetics, charger, power bank and other stuffs.

We then lastly eat our dinner and got to take shower. I then blow dry her hair as she did mine.

Melissa then wore a strawberry printed low shouldered short dress and laced heels. Meanwhile I wore a white shirt with a top lacy floral design with jeans with my converse shoes.

I then ask Yeonjae to take care of our cat. And we name our cat, Erica.

I carry the bag which is packed with our clothes and Melissa carries her small bag with her our extensional needs. We then take a walk to the bus stand and wait for our bus to arrive.

After a while, the bus arrives and we go to our seat. After all passengers are in, the bus was about to start, I look outsode and see that guy in my nightmares, Outside waving at me.

I was creeped out but act normal as I don't want Melissa to worry. We then talked for a while and Melissa fell asleep. I was gaurding Melissa for the whole night as I don't want to sleep and dream and nightmare.

5 in the morning and we are here. I take a deep breath and call out for Melissa to wake up. She then wakes up and kisses my cheek and says, " Good morning, honey." " Morning babe." said I.

We then take our bags and got out. I then call for a pick up. We then get on the car and wait till we arrive.

After we arrive, I pay for the pick up and take a deep breath and get out. I look at the apartment as memories keep swimming in my mind. Melissa then holds my hand and smile at me.

I then get inside as I told the gaurd recognised me. We take the lift and go to the 5th floor.

I then press the calling bell ring and wait for someone to open the door. My mother opens the door and got shocked and happy at the same time. She hugged up and calls for father. My father looked at us and says, " You came back?" I the reply, " Yeah. For a fewdays." " Why a few days, dear?" said my mother.

I then say, " I took a few days leave from my job and versity." Father then answers, " You have a job too?How fast you are growing these days. I see you changed alot. " I nod. Melissa then says, " Do you recognise me, aunty and uncle?" Mother then slightly laughs and says, " Of course Melissa. So you two are now..?"

I then hold Melissa's hand and show them our rings. They gasp and says, " How come. Congrats my children. Melissa from now on call us father and mother. Okay?" Melissa nods. I don't know but I suddenly tear up. Mother then hugs me and told us to come inside.

I then say, " Are our old neighbours still here." "yeah. Wanna meet them? " I look at Melissa and say yes as she nods. Then I took her to my old room. Surprisingly it was all clean. I then say, " How-" ?Mother replies, " I clean your room everyday. It reminds me of so much." I then say, "where 's Shaka?" Melissa then looks at me and says, " who's that?" I reply, " My dog, when I was here." Melissa then slightly laughs and says, " can I see?" Mother then says, " sure!But he is sleeping now in our room." I then say that it's fine. I then keep our bags in the room and as we go out dad told us that he is organizing a get together with all of us and neighbours, this evening.

I then thanked him and went to see my dog. As I call out Shaka's name, he woke up and ran to me and jumps at me. I gradually hug him and say, " Oh my child. How are you? " He replies me with his barks and licks me.

Like these it came to evening. All of us got ready and get to the roof top. As I open the door, Everyone pops the party popper and says, " Welcome back, Elise!"

My heart my filled with joy. All of my neighbour's children were like my brothers and sisters. They came and hugged me and said that they missed me alot. I then introduce them to my girlfrind, Melissa.

This happiness and warmth is all I needed for now.
