There, along the river, were many pools, lined with stone. There were three big enough to hold two humans at the same time, smaller ones, more geared towards goblins, and even smaller, more shallow ones, for gnomes.
When the gnomes had come to the river, fully expecting this to be an incomplete work, they were surprised. The grass was cut around the pools, and the water was clear in all of them.
Tired of an entire day of feeding the ever-hungry toothbrush making machine bamboo, the gnomes were quick to lose everything but their underwear, and to go inside the pools.
Goblins then entered their own. Finally, Chavu and Marcellus went to share a pool. Chavu's tail barely fit inside. They had dug the pool to be wider, yet the tail was proving to be too big.
