Chapter xxii

Three months later

"You look amazing Lina", dad told me as he walked in my room. "Thank you Dad, am sorry that i can't stay. You know i would if i could", i said feeling sad. But i couldn't cry because i had made a choice to move to London and live with Cheng right after our wedding. Yes we decided to get married before leaving. Cheng also wanted us to get married before i gave birth to our twins. He was so happy when the doctor told him that we were going to have twins. Am happy too but i think he is overboard. He has bought a house for us and i told him it was huge but he didn't want to hear it.

Dad walked to me holding my hands into his. "Am so proud of you my girl, which is why Gravity Construction helped me set up the new Riverson International headquarters in London, you will run it from there and i will be retiring in three years to take care of my grand children", He said calmly. "Dad! Thank you so much you are the best. I love you so much", i said hugging him tightly. He chuckled then hugged me back. "Roman! You had just one job...get the bride but you had to make her cry in the process. What is wrong with you", mum scolded him making us laugh. She fixed my make up then we left. We arrived at the venue with time to spare and in an hour i was Mrs. Chenglei Young. It was a wonderful feeling. We had a photoshoot session where Nikita bribed me with ice cream and i agreed even though i knew it would be painful. I was sleepy. We went for dinner that the Young family had prepared at one of the Feast restaurant which was by the beach. Everything was just amazing from the lights to the flowers. It was just beautiful.

"You like it Mrs. Young?", Cheng whispered in my ear as he held me from behind kissing the top of my head. "I love it. Thank you", i said offering my lips for him to kiss which he did until it felt like it was just the two of us. We were rudely interrupted by Lily who took us to the cake table, we cut the cake and fed each other. I had a dance with both our dads and it was so funny because Michael could not dance to save his life. He tried though so we had to switch things to black dance minus the sass. My final dance was with Leo, i cried, like a lot, making people around us release alot of 'aaawwws'. My eyes met Cheng's and he has his signature smile on which was hot as hell making me want him even more. Being pregnant had made me horny all the time, i licked my lips making his brows raise in a knowing gesture then a smirk that made my body shiver. "Waoh! Am i that expendable", Leo joked when he saw our little exchange making me smack him in the head as i went to join Lucy and my mum or should i say my moms. "My feet are killing me", i complained as i sat next to Lucy. "Poor baby, how are the hormones?", mum asked with worry on her face. "Oh am fine on that part as long as he is around", i said wiggling my brows making them laugh. "Ladies, i need to get these guys to bed", Cheng said lifting me up. "Good idea, she was complaining about her feet", Lucy said making Cheng look at me as if inspecting me. "Am fine Cheng, i promise", i said blushing because i knew if i said yes he would say no to sex and i was going to have sex on my wedding night regardless of my feet hurting. "You're not just saying that because you think i wont have sex with you right?", he asked with furrowed brows making my mum choke on her champagne. "Are you ok dear? Am sorry we are kinda straight forward in this side of the family. I remember Lina having the same reaction once", Lucy told my mum making me laugh. "Let's get you home", he said pulling me to our car with a 'just married' ,sign.

We drove to Luxury Corner to our penthouse, it felt awesome calling it ours. "Wives first", he said as we walked in making me giggle. I waited for him to lock the door when i attacked his lips, i kissed him hungrily making him moan. He pulled back carrying me to the bedroom. He removed my dress making sure his thumb touched my hard nipples making me moan. He removed all my clothes then stepped back to look at me from head to toe then removed his suit and the rest of his clothes, if he hadn't noticed i wanted him before i was sure that he did now. My juices were literally running down my legs. He watched then licked his lips. "Where the fuck have you been all my life Cupcake?", he said more to himself than me making me smile and call him using my index finger. He walked towards me slowly, he placed me on the bed sleeping on the side as he entered me from behind his lips massaging mine, pleasuring me as my fingers feasted in his hair. It was my new favorite thing and i just loved it. This was the true meaning of love the true meaning of finding balance. Neither of us had to give up on our dreams we just had to find a common ground in which we could co-exist and at this point i know i made the right decision being with Cheng and i am going to make it work the same way i know he will.
