Winter is coming

30 years later MC POV:

As I began to wake up I looked around and all I could see was darkness besides the occasional little floating lights and this river that keeps asking me to merge with it. Paying attention now to this river I believe it is connected to souls and I believe I may know what this river is but, for some reason, these floating balls keep spitting on it.

Looking back at my surroundings I could see many eyes began to open each one a different color but had a mouth floating around in random directions it looked beautiful if you compare it to modern artwork. Suddenly I heard unknown mixed voices ''ARE YOU DONE PLAYING AND JOKING AROUND NEWBORN ?'' said the mixed unknown voice in unison all around me. 

Shocked at the unified voices as it spoke I felt it intentionally put pressure on me I felt... I felt... I felt... nothing. I felt no pain I wanted to say something but every mouth opened and I saw the mouths move but no words came out. I just looked dumbly at this situation I was in seeing the mouths still move I started playing with the floating ball on top of my head.

The unknown voice spoke once again 'I am not going to stay and protect your body anymore You're awake now I just felt another being of my race coming to life and on a whim decided to watch you. Goodbye, and make sure you never bring your real body into this multiverse or it will shatter instantly.''

''Wait I thought I was the real body and when did I get a separate body'' I thought he would speak to me but all the eyes just shut and I just shrugged my shoulders and began to look around.

Due to me being in this specific area where water barely exists my evolution also helped the desert as many more spots began to develop into an oasis. Due to my adaptability, I could already control my new powers and nothing changed except my connection to spiritual beings that are plant-based and prayed to me for water which of course I humbly gave them what they wanted.

The ice I created had become stronger and turned into crystals due to the sand, water, and my aura leaking into it so of course I grabbed everything single thing that had formed due to me that way no one could leech off of me.

Looking up towards the surface there is a temple built and seems like many are praying not to me in particular because not everyone will know me unless I tell them or they are very spiritual beings, and although they are spiritual beings they would only know my titles, not my name. 

By the way, if you do not know my name then I guess that sucks for you since if spoke even the first syllable with the intent to speak it you would simply die in the ways of water for the rest of your life. I am not gonna explain what that means since I have been talking to myself for the past four hours.

Instantly appearing in the place where I first began creating my trench which is filled with wildlife I see that I'm inside a temple of sorts and blood is covering the altar along with sacrificial tools used during the Mayan era.

''Halt in the name of the Ahaw you dare to trespass in the sacred temple only spiri....'' and with a sploosh, he turned into a puddle of water yeah I could care less about anything that man had to say but since I had nothing to worry bout except these light blobs who follows me around and also they are gliding on the snowflakes that I passively emit.

Have you ever had that feeling like you were supposed to do something but you get to thinking about it and you forget well that just happened to me? I feel like I was supposed to bless someone or help something but that is for another time.

Unknown speaker Pov:

''Bring the little one to me so I can check her condition.'' said the elder of the village.

The parents bring a child toward me and she seems cold and has a little white strand of hair. I began by checking her mind and soul which were fine however her heart has an ice-based curse on it which she will die if nothing is done.

Elder says,'' There are three ways we can save her the 1st way is only temporary which is I could take her memories of the power that struck her which she will never remember her sister has powers.2nd way I could give her a fire spirit to dwell within her which could give her attributes of fire like a hot temper or maybe the power of fire.3rd which is the best way since anything dealing with water regardless of state and winter spirits spoke of their new god who could take this away in a snap of his fingers.''

Unknown Man:'' Please just save my daughter whichever way is more efficient and if possible take away my daughter's powers so she can be normal.''

Every troll except the elder rolled away leaving only four people in the center of their village.

The elder began asking the water spirits to help send a message to their god which they zoomed away towards their god after the elder asked them to help.

Elder prayed,'' Embodiment of winter god of all that is seen as water, please help this child and grant her sister a normal childhood if sacrifice is needed then as the father and mother stand before me their life shall be payment for your help.''

After the prayer nothing happened for 10 minutes, they waited and waited but nothing happened until a blue blob of light came up from the well we use for drinking water. It came with a scroll which dropped on the cobble and disappeared. 

Grabbing the scroll only one word was written '' GRANTED''
