"Solar Flare." Cell not having a choice anymore decided to go all in as he used Tien's technique to blind 21.

21 have eyes that are modelled to be able to observe the events of even the fastest warriors so she can be still affected by the Solar Flare.

She was blinded for a few seconds but she stood in front of 18 to protect her.

She thought that things would be fine if she was able to prevent Cell from absorbing 18.

Her Connoisseur blade is still active to stab Cell if he ever decides to attack her while she is blinded.

"Now it's my chance." Cell said as he flew away towards the factory.

"No." 21 then figured out what he was trying to do.

She tried to fly after him but by then it was too late.

At that time.

"What is that power level?" Trunks who was in Super Saiyan God said when he sensed the ki of Android 21 and a new version of Cell.

The power of the Androids isn't restricted by the wave machine so Trunks can easily sense the ki of 21 and Cell as they stick out when everyone's power is nerfed.

But he can't go there yet as there are still many clones in the western city keeping the two siblings occupied.

"I wonder what Gohan sees in being a hero." Trunks said as he prepared for another battle.

He used to think that he should be a superhero just like Gohan but he was having second thoughts about giving his whole life to save people that are too weak to fight back.

But Trunks is a hero by nature so he just can't abandon them.

No matter what kind of timeline or situation he was in Trunks is someone who will always walk on the path of a Hero even if he has to suffer.

"Here they are." Cell said as he looked at the two Androids that were still in the incubator.

He started to type something on the control centre to release the two androids.

16 was released first and Cell didn't waste any time as he extended his tail at 16 and absorbed his body.

At that moment 21 arrived as she saw the scene.

"You. What did you do to 16?" She yelled at him.

Her true power was released which shocked Cell even more.

He was in the middle of the transformation and his power was increasing by leaps and bounds, but it was still not enough to match 21.

Her pale skin becomes Pink. Just like Majin Buu.

Her sclera turned crimson. Her Iris becomes red and however her pupil stays black.

Her hair also turns white.

Her clothing also seems to change.

She was now wearing black coloured sports bra-like clothing on her chest and long white baggy pants that Majin Buu wore.

She also seemed to have a belt buckle that had the Majin logo.

At that time Cell still had not absorbed Super 13 but even if he did he knew that it would not be able to match 21.

He was kicked upwards by her without having a chance to even see her movements.

"How is that possible?" Cell was shocked.

The power that 21 is showing is even greater than Golden Frieza.

"Kamehame..." Cell tried to charge a Kamehameha to launch at 21 but before he knew it she was already behind him.

And both of his hands have been cut up by her Connoisseur Blade.

"Kekeke." She laughed.

She doesn't even seem to possess the ability to speak anymore after she saw 16 was absorbed by Cell.

She then appeared in front of Cell and grabbed him by his neck.

"Wait. What are you...." Cell was shocked when he noticed that she started to absorb his energy.

His energy was getting drained rapidly as it was quickly absorbed into 21's body.

But then suddenly 13 who seemed to have activated launched a ki blast at 21.

Cell does not know why 13 started attacking someone he saw as soon as he was activated.

But it created an opening that he needed to get away from 21.

"I have to get out of here." Cell said as he teleported away using instant transmission.

Cell would have teleported near 18 if he could, since absorbing her would make him stronger but she doesn't have ki.

There is also the fact that every powerful fighter's power apart from him and 21 is restricted.

So he can't also choose his target.

He decided to just pick a random person who was furthest away from 21.

Cell arrived at a location that was far away from civilisation.

He seems to be in a forest. It was a peaceful place.

"You should not have been here."

Cell heard a voice.

It was a familiar voice that he had heard before.

He turned his head to see Tien Shinhan who was looking directly at him.

18 regained consciousness as she opened her eyes.

She saw that 21 now has a different appearance.

And she seems to be surrounded by some kind of evil ki.

She was battling with a blue-skinned man with orange hair.

Battling would have been a bit much. It looked more like she was toying with him.

It was Super 13.

Super 13 attacked her as soon as he was activated because he saw her as a threat.

As an android, her powers are not sealed.

Super 13 was a prototype for Cell so he was also able to at least know that she was powerful just by looking at her despite not being able to sense ki himself.

And 21's data was not in him so he attacked her as he saw her.

He lookwd at her as a powerful being that is not affiliated with the Red Ribbon Army.

Unlike the other Android, the newly created Android 16 and 13 do not have free will and are mindless machines as they were activated before they were ready.

They are also not as powerful as they are designed to be.
