I like it when taxi drivers don't talk to me
Ok, it's been a couple weeks since I came here, so far so good, I got to know Marley and Jack better, I improved my {zone} tremendously {zone} can now encompass the whole house, I can keep my eyes open for 40 seconds and most importantly I got my ID and passport, I am now officially a citizen.
Don't know what connections Jack has but I'm grateful for them.
Anyway I found out where exactly I am in the timeline, I don't remember much of the original dragon ball but I do remember big events
Through the use TV I saw the World's Martial Arts Tournament on the TV, and saw Goku fighting Jackie chun in the finals…
So that means… the dragon balls are active! And, there is no moon anymore, I hope it doesn't move earth out of the orbit of the sun…
Anyway the plan is simple! Wait for Goku to collect the dragon balls steal them last second and Kamui far away, I have no way to get a radar and I'm sure Bulma wont just give a random teenager a device that can track wish granting orbs
The problem would be using Kamui, I still don't have enough ki to use it even once! Jesus is tearing time and space that difficult?!
I need to find Goku… maybe go to capsule corp? I could try to ask Bulma about where Goku is, maybe gain her trust as a side quest.
"Marley I am going out" I told Marley after breakfast
"sure, make sure to watch your self and if you need any help just call me or Jack" Marley said while washing the dishes
with a back pack I went out and catched a taxi
"where do you need to go" the dead voice of the driver said
'He doesn't even care that a blind man just knew where the taxi was and called it over without any help huh' I thought jokingly
"I need to capsule corp, how much is it?" I asked him
"it'll be 2500 zeni" he answered with the same dead voice
"…ok" I said awkwardly I didn't know what to say
So, we started driving, I should make a plan on how to talk to Bulma… maybe I should say I want to talk to Goku? So I can follow him or something?...
My plan sucks, think Leo think!
How about… stealing a radar? Not only I don't know where they keep it, I cant go through the house undetected…

How about saying I am a friend of Goku, YES! She doesn't know a lot about Goku so it should pass, she will help me find where he is, and then I will follow him and take the dragon balls when they are collected.
"oi" the dead driver called
"hm?" I looked at him through the mirror
"you know anyone from capsule corp?" he asked with an even tone
"…no not really, I only want to ask them for help" I answered truthfully
"hmmmm" he eyed the traffic jam in front of us "are you interested in some quick cash?" he asked me without a change in his voice
"well, it wouldn't hurt to have money, but I would like to know how I would get that quick cash?" I asked with some hostility
"all you need to do is bring me something from capsule corp" he answered "how about… 800 thousand zeni for it?" he asked
"… what is it?" I asked again
"its some kind of radar, it isn't relevant what it does all you need to do is get it for me" he answered
"why do you think I'm the right person for the job? I am a bit blind" I asked while looking at him closely with {zone}
"you may fool everyone else but not me, I know you use some kind of ki technique" he dropped a bomb on me
Who is this guy?! How does he know I've never heard of someone like that in the anime, was he in the manga? He doesn't feel strong from his ki though?
"you see, I want you for the job because of that technique you use, it will be perfect for finding where the radar is" he started to persuade me
"…do you know where the radar is?" I asked while trying to remain cool headed
"yeah, do you take the job or not?" he asked
…if I accept I can get the radar and find Goku myself, I can persuade Goku to trust me, I know his character lets hope he is still the same
Now is this guy working for Pilaf? Or the Red Ribbon army? Either way, if I take the radar for myself no matter how strong I am they might target Marley and Jack…
No. Goku will take care of them, all I need is to let cannon play as it should, both didn't have the radar in cannon too so it shouldn't make too much trouble
"I accept" I answered seriously
This is the first big step I'm doing in this world, hope I won't fuck it up
"good, I'll tell you the details while we get there" then started to explain where the radar is and how I should get there, he also gave me a mask to hide my face, (image of mask in comments)
"remember if you feel lines in your ki bubble then it is lasers, avoid them if you don't want the police to come from two blocks down, I will wait for you on the other side to look inconspicuous" he reminded me with an even voice that he used throughout the explanation
"alright wish me luck mate" I told him when I got out
He just drove away without saying anything
"asshole" I muttered while walking to the side wall of capsule corp
I jumped above it when I haven't seen anyone around, my {zone} is about 20m to every side so it should be fine
I am currently on the side of the house with grass on the floor, I'm guessing it's a yard
