Episode 19: (Ark Saga) Beginning Past/Final Future

Scene 19.0: Wastelands [Dreamscape Recreation], 16:30 [Frozen Time], Age 790

Phase 1:

Vs. The Seven Faces Of Shenron Round 4: Naturon Shenron

Vegeta approaches the arena and as soon as he sets foot there, the Dreamscape reshapes itself to look like the same location he fought Goku and Majin Buu when he was Majin Vegeta as he is disgusted and secretly ashamed on what happened that day and remembers it in complete and vivid detail. Vegeta glares at the puny, brown pig-like creature whose head is barely larger than the Dragon Ball on his scalp is outright scared of the Saiyan Prince that Vegeta scoffs on how pathetic Naturon is that he's disgusted by it that he addresses Ark…

Prince Vegeta:

Well?

Ark:

Well what?

Prince Vegeta:

He can get stronger than this? Make him stronger so I can fight him in an even playing field. I refuse to fight a weakling like this.

Ark:

(Evil Smile)

Be Careful what you wish for, Vegeta…for you will get it…just not how you want it.

Prince Vegeta:

Stop with the preaching and just do it!

Ark:

Don't say I didn't warn you.

Ark uses telekinesis to grab hold and immobilize Brapan and moves her from where she is forcibly to Naturon. Everyone is shocked that Naturon absorbs her and undergoes a massive transformation as he now looks much more Dragon-like. His appearance now is bluish-green skin with a beech-colored underside, as well as two tails, dull purple fins on the sides on his head, and more reptilian jaws filled with sharp teeth. His eyes, originally white, turn yellow, while his horns and claws become dark red. This infuriates everyone as well as shocks them on what Ark did.

Ark:

Your Wish Is Granted!

Prince Vegeta:

(Furious, Transforms Into Ultra Ego)

ARK!!!

Ark:

Careful, Vegeta. Your Daughter and Goku's Granddaughter are inside that freak. You kill him while they are inside of him, they will stay dead until you defeat the Final Shadow Dragon, Syn Shenron which is 3 lengthy Battles away. And when I say "Lengthy", I mean the fights will be very, very long since out of all of the Shadow Dragons, Nuova and Syn are the strongest out of the seven. The others were a joke because they relied on cloak and dagger tactics in order to win which shows how weak they truly are. Hell! Even Goku didn't need to go Super Saiyan 4 to fight some of them. But if you are wondering, yes, Goku did go Full Power against Naturon here and he did so just to save Pan who was absorbed by this guy. So if he could do it, I bet you can save Brapan while in Ultra Ego…Right? Remember that this is what you wanted; wanting Naturon to be a Challenge…now you reap what you sow.

Vegeta glares at Ark for putting his daughter and her best friend in danger like this, but unfortunately he is right that it was Vegeta's request of wanting Naturon to be more of a challenge was actually Vegeta's wish. But hearing that Goku was able to rescue Pan from him while in Super Saiyan 4 has given him the resolve to one up him, to defeat Naturon with Ultra Ego which is the Saiyan's Destroyer-Type Form; a form that gets stronger the more unhinged and reckless Vegeta gets, but in this situation he need to be more focused, however something happens that no one was expected to.

Super Naturon Shenron:

(Evil Smile, Condescending Attitude)

How does it feel does to know that your Baby Girl is part of me, Vegeta? Her greatest wish has always been that she wants to be with her Dear Papa and Papa Beerus forever and ever that she was willing to do heinous things to both her mother and brother just to keep you all to herself.

Ultra Ego Vegeta:

(Furious)

You Lie!!!

Super Naturon Shenron:

I'm not! Really!! They are a part of me now and thanks to that I know all of their secrets!!! She even confided with Pan as she told her to go for it as she had plans in doing the same for both Gohan, Piccolo and even Goku. Female Saiyan Hybrids are really quite Lustful, don't you think? These girls are really something else.

(Evil Laughter)

Vegeta powers up a Big Bang Attack and fires it at Super Naturon, but it doesn't affect him as he mocks, taunts and insults Vegeta as hard as he can with a vitriolic laughter as Vegeta is unfazed by all this that everyone wonders if Vegeta is worried about Brapan that he held back on purpose. Super Naturon attacks Vegeta with his Ki Blasts as Vegeta just takes the attacks, getting injured and is unflinching from the Shadow Dragon's power, but what really annoys Vegeta is all of the taunts, mockery and vitriol being thrown at him by Naturon. Seeing Vegeta badly injured and not willing to fight back, Super Naturon decides to finish off Vegeta in the most insulting way he can think off: Killing Vegeta with a Kamehameha. The Shadow Dragon charges his Dragon Kamehameha and once fully charged, he fires the attack at Vegeta, only for him to use Instant Transmission, appearing behind Naturon and uses Spirit Control to remove Brapan from the Shadow Dragon, reverting Naturon back to his pig-like base form as he starts pleading for his life, but Vegeta kills him instantly with his "Dirty Fireworks" Technique as he reverts back to base form. Naturon's 7-Star Dragon Ball flies towards Ark and floats with the other Dragon Balls. Vegeta removes the Metamo-Ring from Brapan, defusing her back to Bra and Pan.

Bra:

(Worried)

Papa. What that creep said—

Prince Vegeta:

All lies. I know, he was just trying to get under my skin. Nothing new I haven't dealt before.

Bra:

(Relieved Smile)

I'm glad you don't believe I'm that type of girl.

Prince Vegeta:

Of course you are not. But…I cannot allow you to keep taking part in this, so I want you to stay with your Mother, Mai and Marron. I don't want you involve in this anymore!

Bra:

(Angry)

But That's Not Fair! Pan gets to fight but not me?

Prince Vegeta:

Unlike Pan, You are not a Warrior. Just because you know some self-defense techniques, that doesn't make you are a Warrior.

Beerus:

I agree with your father, Bra. That last fight a dangerous one. Self-Defense Techniques does not make anyone into a warrior. Nor being related to One of the Strongest Warriors makes you one either.

Bra:

(Pouting)

Papa Beerus! Not you too!!

Bulma:

(Angry)

Marron:

(Angelic Smile & Demeanor)

Bra-Chan? Don't you want to meet my new little sister? They are both really cute. And since they are part Saiyan because of your dad's cells and they also have your mom's cells so in a way they are your little sisters too.

Bra:

(Excited)

I HAVE TWIN LITTLE SISTERS!?!?!?

Bra quickly forgets being angry at her Parents and (Literal) Godfather for not letting her fight anymore as the Fusion Brapan and flies to Marron to be interact with the babies as all three Beerus, Bulma and Vegeta gives a sigh of relief that Bra won't be fighting anymore, but as she passes Hedo; she gives him a curious look that he smiles and flashes another set of Metamo-Rings hidden in his pocket without no one noticing.

Phase 2:

Vs. The Seven Faces Of Shenron Round 5: Nuova Shenron

Scene 19.1: Southeast Mountains [Dreamscape Recreation]

Ark snaps his fingers and places Dream Nuova Shenron in his restrained shell which he has red skin, with a darker red torso and wing undersides and on seeing the Shadow Dragon, Goku gets very excited and jumps in as the Dreamscape transforms into his lifelong home area of the Southeast Mountain Area where he was found by Grandpa Gohan which makes Goku happy in a way.

Nuova Shenron:

(Smiling)

Nothing more fitting for our battle than where we met long ago, don't you think, Son Goku?

Goku:

(Smiling)

You remember me from way back then?

Nuova Shenron:

Some details are blurry, I am not going to lie. But that is not important right now. All I want is a One-On-One fight with you. No one other than us should be fighting here. Not My Brothers and Not Your Friends. Let us amuse ourselves without anyone else interfering, to see who will outlive the other in the ultimate survival game.

Goku:

Sounds Fun! I want to fight you on my own too. By the way…where's your Dragon Ball? We were able to see all of your brothers' Dragon Balls visible on their bodies, but I can't see yours.

Nuova Shenron:

Fair enough.

(Shows Dragon Ball On Right Hand)

Goku:

Alright! Let's do this!

Nuova Shenron:

(Charges Right Hand, Looks At A Nearby Stone Pillar By His Right)

When the top of that stone pillar hits the ground, that will be the signal to begin.

Goku:

Yeah, you got it.

Goku and Nuova stare each other down as they are ready to face each other, however Goku is not transforming which everyone is wondering why except for the Dragon Team as they do sense something different from Nuova: He is a Shadow Dragon, but they feel that he isn't completely evil; He feels more like an Anti-Villain: a being that Borders between Lawful Evil and Chaotic Good. Upon sensing Nuova Shenron's alignment, they aren't worried that he will resort to the same nefarious sneak attacks like his brothers and sister did before him. Nuova shoots a fireball at the tallest pillar and a large piece of the top starts to fall and while it falls, Goku and Nuova starts to sweat with anticipation. As soon as the stone hits the ground, Goku and Nuova start their fight and there are so many similarities to the fight in the other alternate reality version of themselves (Dragon Ball GT Episode 54) except Goku is in his adult form instead of his kid form, but still behaved in the same manner to the point that Goku's hand got burned by Nuova's Heat Armor that he was blowing it and hid away as soon as Nuova attacking him with Ki Blasts. After Goku comes out of hiding, Nuova sneak attacks him from above using his Sun Gun Attack, runs away like a frantic child which everyone either facepalms or shake their head in shame. Goku runs into the cave near the waterfall where his Grandpa's house is and hid himself among large stalagmites and bats as Nuova enters the cave on a hole he made by melting a near the entrance in order to avoid the water and suppresses his Ki.

While he looks for Goku, Goku is trying to find a way to bypass Nuova's Heat Armor, but Nuova attacks him and does his best not to hit the Dream Bats which Surprises Goku that Nuova can mask his Ki and making himself hard to detect. Goku runs around the cave system while Nuova pursues him like the Terminator. Goku hides in a spot he believes Nuova won't be able to spot him: Under a large bolder in a way that is next to impossible to hide in as Goku's body is a little too big, but since he's a very flexible Saiyan, he was able to hide very well as Nuova left the area which Goku breathe a sigh of relief, a literal one too after he squeezes himself out that tight nook and cranny he was hiding in as he still contemplate on how to beat the 4-Star Dragon as he lies on the ground. But as he look at the ceiling, he is shocked to see the ceiling starts glowing red that he quickly moves away as Nuova comes crashing down and almost gives Goku a fiery stomp. Goku dodges his attacks, but as he was about to be punched on the face, Nuova Stops and intensifies the power of his Heat Armor that the heat annoyingly hurt Goku and as he ran away in pain, he screamed that he won't forget this. But as he ran away, Nuova would appear before him and Goku would ran away from him; but every time he did, Nuova would be there like if he is taunting Goku. Goku has enough and hits Nuova with a Ki Blast and states the counterattack begins, only for Nuova to attack a worried Goku with a Barrage of Ki Blasts that levels the cave only for Goku to attack him from above and outside the cave with another Kamehameha. Goku prematurely brags and boast that he did it, only for Nuova to use Energy Shield and attacks Goku once again with another barrage of Ki Blasts, but Goku manages to escape.

Since the Dreamscape was shaped as Goku's Home Area where he grew up and lives, he knows most of the hiding spots there, decides to sneak attack Nuova as he attacks by Instant Transmission around the area and shooting him every chance he gets. At one point, Goku lost track of Nuova thanks to his ability to hide his Ki, he appears behind Goku, hold his right hand close to the back of his head without touching it and without Goku noticing, increases the heat of said hand that burned Goku from the intense heat that jumped to the nearby river to cool off. But as soon as he sees Nuova power-up his Energy Shield, Goku runs away thinking that Nuova is going to use his Sun Gun Attack again. But he hits a dead end as he was not paying attention on his surroundings as he was running scared from Nuova. As Nuova corners the Saiyan, Goku sees a way out through a small hole that look like a slide and as soon as he sees it, he jumps in and slides down as Nuova moves right through the wall of the cave as Goku reaches the end of the slide only to fall in a small frog pond face first. Goku holds his face in pain as Nuova Shenron melts his way out of the cave and attacks him with his Nova Death Ray, but Goku barely dodges the attacks and get hit on his right arm. As Nuova is about to deal the final blow, Goku flies close enough to him and uses Taiyo-Ken (Solar Flare) to blind him and hits him with a Kamehameha that knock Nuova away. Everyone cheers Goku on, but the battle harden warriors like Bardock, Piccolo and Vegeta knows the same thing of what Goku will say to the Shadow Dragon now…

Goku:

You ain't the sort of guy who'd be done in just from the Taiyo-Ken Technique! How about you start taking this seriously? This ain't a game, you know!

Nuova Shenron:

(Laughs)

You figured it out, did you? I should have expected as much from you, Son Goku.

Nuova stands up, and bellows hard as his red shell cracks and shatters, revealing his True Form: a bright golden orange, while his torso and wing undersides become purple. Everyone is surprised to see Nuova's true form is displaying far more power than he had before.

Goku:

(Smiling)

So that's your true form, is it?

Nuova Shenron:

(Smiling)

Yeah. In order to save the tremendous heat my body was emitting, my body was covered with a film. Now then, how about you change too, in a form I can seriously fight against?

Goku:

Yeah, I'll change all right! Into Ultra Instinct!

(Awakens Ultra Instinct)

Nuova Shenron:

So this is the Ultra Instinct I've heard about, is it?

Goku:

Yeah. Now that I've become Ultra Instinct, your 6,000 degree body temperature won't do any considerable damage to me. I'm going to go at you like I mean it.

Nuova Shenron:

That's what I'm hoping.

Goku and Nuova stare each other down but this time with a smile of a pair of warriors excited for a battle, something the Saiyans like Bardock, his Team, Vegeta, his Mother and Yamoshi respect from both of them as they attack each other with a Beam Clash that creates a powerful shockwave that decimates their surroundings as a flash of light blinds everyone, but as soon as they open their eyes, they see Goku and Nuova fighting in the air and having the time of their lives. As the fight goes on, everyone notices that out of the two, Goku is the strongest, but Nuova is the fastest of the both. Goku sees this and tries to out-speed the speedster, but Nuova is able to predict where Goku would stop and blasts him away. Since Goku can't fight him in the open, he once again goes into hiding in the cave system and wait for Nuova to get in close. As soon as he does, Goku tries to blast him with a Kamehameha, but Nuova calls Goku out stating that his Kamehameha can't beat him and fires a Ki Blast at him only to destroy a mineral that can project an image like a mirror which catches Nuova off-guard as Goku sneaks up behind him in the same manner he did in the forest by putting his hand behind Nuova's head. Nuova conceives defeat and is allowing Goku to kill him, but Goku moves his hand to Nuova's shoulder and taps it which once again catches the Shadow Dragon by surprise.

Nuova Shenron:

(Surprised)

What are you doing?

Goku:

I can sense that you are not a bad guy. Ever since I trained in God Ki, I learned to sense the heart of everyone I meet and I can sense you are different from your brothers.

Nuova Shenron:

I don't kill women or children.

Goku:

I see. You've got some good points about you, huh?

With that being said, Goku flies off the cave with a respectful smile in order to continue the fighting on equal footing and at full power as Nuova follows him with a similar respectful smile. Goku ready himself with his fighting stance as Nuova reciprocates in kind as they start to fight as hard as they can as they are enjoying the fight as much as True Warriors. The fight is exciting not only for both Goku and Nuova, but to everyone else as well. This fight lasts the longest compared to all the other fights in the Dreamscape, more so than Cooler and the Evil Version of Broly, but unlike those times, this is the most positive one of them all. The fight ends with Goku using his Divine Ki Giant Battle Avatar as Nuova uses his Nova Sphere which makes him untouchable which severely injures Goku enough to manifest it, but Goku's Avatar manages to overpower Nuova with ease. After the battle ends with both of them on the ground and heavily injured; they both look at each other and start to laugh, but to Goku and everyone's shock, Nuova's body starts to crack.

Nuova Shenron:

(Pleased Smile)

Finally…The Real Nuova Shenron can finally be at ease as it was me…his dream to fight you to the end which I accomplished in his behalf. Now…I can return to where I belong.

Goku:

Will I fight you again?

Nuova Shenron:

In the Dreamscape anything is possible so long as you remember me. If you ever need to see me again, all you have to do is just remember this battle.

(Looks At Piccolo)

Piccolo-Sama…Beware of my twin brother, Eis. For he is the complete opposite of me. He holds no value in the honor of battle. He will use any tactic in order to win. In order to defeat him, you must to not fall for his tactics.

Piccolo:

I will keep that in mind.

Nuova Shenron:

It seems my time is almost done. Thank you for fulfilling my original self his wish to fight Son Goku without any interference, Ark-Sama. Although I know for a fact that I am stronger than Super Saiyan 4, but Ultra Instinct…none of the Shadow Dragons has faced such power. Do not believe that my brothers, Eis and Syn are unaware of your full power. Eis is aware of your Orange Form and will do the impossible to stop you from using that power. Farewell…

At that moment, Nuova's body from his luster golden shine turns to gun metal gray with a satisfied smile on his face as his body crumbles into dust as his Dragon Ball, the 4-Star Ball flies to Ark, but unlike the other Dragon Balls, Nuova's Dragon Ball regains its original orange color as everyone starts to mourn Nuova's defeat, even Goku and surprisingly, all of the Gods feel a great deal of respect as the Grand Priest asks for a moment of silence for Nuova Shenron.

Phase 3:

Vs. The Seven Faces Of Shenron Round 6: Eis Shenron

Scene 19.2: Central Plains, Blake Bog [Dreamscape Recreation]

After honoring the Fallen Shadow Dragon and healing Goku with Ark's power of the Dreamscape, Ark restores the arena and places Dream Eis Shenron in the arena which everyone is worried on what Nuova told them before that Eis is the complete opposite of him. As Piccolo enters the arena, he arrives at his home at Blake Bog but much to everyone's surprise, the entire area is frozen as Piccolo sees Eis sneering at him.

Eis Shenron:

(Condescending Attitude)

What do you think, Piccolo-Sama? Isn't it beautiful?

Piccolo:

So me and my past mistakes are the reason for your creation?

Eis Shenron:

Maybe, Maybe Not.

Piccolo:

What do you mean?

Eis Shenron:

I could have been born before Son Goku killed Majin Buu with the Spirit Bomb when you wished to restore all those killed by him and then use your second wish to make everyone forget about him. I could have been born before Nuova or I could have been born during that battle.

Piccolo:

If that's the case, I can now see how foul you can really be. You can even make Zamasu, who is an abomination of a Fallen God look like someone with some shred of decency even if it's nonexistent.

Eis Shenron:

(Evil Smile)

Hooo!? Now you are making me blush.

Piccolo disgusted with Eis' attitude, decides to hit him with everything he has as he tries to unleash his potential and readies himself to fight Eis, but much to everyone shock, Eis shoots his Super Ice Ray at Piccolo, freezing him in place with a thick layer of ice which the Namekian can't break free. Eis laughs and taunts Piccolo for dropping his guard as he goes for the killing blow, but that overconfidence of Eis was what Piccolo was counting on as Eis gets in close only to transform into Orange Piccolo and beats the living hell out of him as Eis tries to stop him using Absolute Zero in order to freeze him in the same manner Nuova used his Heat Armor against Goku in the opposite manner, but Orange Piccolo's power is as high as the Saiyans, he's immune to be frozen and slams him on the ground like Broly would do. The Shadow Dragon fights Orange Piccolo with everything he has, but none of his attacks does any damage to him which Eis wonders why this is since Piccolo has always been weaker than Goku. After getting beaten to a pulp, Eis starts to beg for his life and willing to give his Dragon Ball so long as he lets the dragon leave, but seeing the contrast between Eis and Nuova, Piccolo blows him away with an Evil Explosion, killing him where he stands. As Piccolo looks at Eis' remains, he notices that Eis was planning on using his Ice Claw to finish off Piccolo and judging by the angle of the arm, Eis was planning on decapitating the Namekian as the 3-Star Dragon Ball reaches Ark and Dream Syn Shenron appears as a large, humanoid, white, black and blue Dragon. Two large fleshy horns emerge from the top of his head and a pair of tiny feelers emerge from his upper lip, giving the appearance of a mustache. Long black spikes protrude from his shoulders, elbows, back and knees. Two more fleshy spikes protrude from the sides of his chest and his abdomen and the back of his head are dark blue. The One-Star Dragon Ball is visible on his forehead, sporting the blue color and cracked appearance of all the corrupted Dragon Balls; on his own, flies down to the area without Ark's assistance as he looks at Goku and the others with a sinister smile.

Phase 4:

Vs. The Seven Faces Of Shenron Round 7: Syn Shenron

Syn Shenron:

I suggest you get ready for me. For I will make you all regret overusing the Dragon Balls and instilling Minus Energy from your wishes onto us. All Dragon Balls have this ability, even the Super Dragon Balls are no different. But since you only used them sparingly, you will not suffer any Shadow Dragons with the power to overtake you all…yet.

Grand Priest:

Is this true, Ark?

Ark:

Yes. Every wish done to the Dragon Balls instills a fixed amount of Minus Energy to them depending on how powerful the wish, thus A Shadow Dragon is born. Since the Namekian Dragon Balls can grant 3 wishes, if you use 1 or 2 wishes, but refuse to make a third or even the second for that matter, the amount of Minus Energy will be a small one, but it will still be there. From what I have gathered…the Namekian Dragon Balls can create its 7 Shadow Dragons if Porunga is summoned and grants all 3 wishes 2 more times. Actually…Porunga needs to grant a total of 2 to 3 more wishes before it can produce its own set of Shadow Dragons.

Dende:

(Worried, Shocked)

It can't be…

Ark:

Toronbo will not create any Shadow Dragons as he was decommissioned after Monaito's Death.

Granolah:

(Saddened)

.........…

Ark:

As for Super Shenron…he has only granted 4 wishes as of now. 3 More wishes and the Super Shadow Dragons will be born after being summoned after as you try for the 4th Wish. Once that happens, the 7 Super Shadow Dragons born from the Super Dragon Ball will be far more powerful than even me. Which means they will be more powerful than Zeno.

Grand Priest:

Is that so?

Ark:

I can sense the Minus Energy from here. Yes, they are close in producing Shadow Dragons.

Grand Priest:

This is a very concerning turning of events. Is there a way to stop that from happening?

Ark:

Decommissioning the Dragon Balls is the only way especially that the Earth Dragon Ball's Minus Energy is already at an all time high with a large number of petty wishes been done to it lately. A few more summons and wishes will give birth to the Shadow Dragons you have fought up until now. Fun Fact: These Shadow Dragons are as strong as the ones will be born in the real world.

Prince Vegeta:

Is that so? Then we have nothing to worry about.

Syn Shenron:

(Evil Smile)

Do not underestimate me, Vegeta. Out of all of the Shadow Dragons, I am the strongest and it's because I am on the same affinity as Frieza.

Prince Vegeta:

So you are scum. That will make it easier for us to defeat you.

Ark:

You think so? Then let Goku fight Syn.

Syn Shenron:

Come at me with all you have, Goku. You had a tough time with Nuova. If you don't come at me with everything you have, you will die in a manner of moments.

Goku:

So I have to go Full On Ultra Instinct to defeat him. If he's really that strong then I don't mind.

Syn Shenron:

(Evil Chuckle)

Careful what you wish for, Goku. You will be sorry for that when I see the life in of your eyes disappear. I will enjoy this more than you.

Goku:

Let's go!

Scene 19.3: West Area, Destroyed Gingertown [Dreamscape Recreation]

Goku steps into the arena and immediately goes into Full Power Ultra Instinct as their surrounding becomes the horrific image of a ruined city: Gingertown which is north of West City. Before Goku takes his fighting stance, Syn attacks him without any warning and if Goku didn't increase his power when he did, Syn's punch would have gone through him. Goku is taken aback on how strong Syn truly is that his attack almost did him in. Goku quickly counters, but Syn not only have strong attacks, but he also have a strong defense that Goku's attacks deals little damage to him. Goku figures out that Syn is slower than Nuova, so he decides to fight him with speed and at a distance and manages to able to keep up with the 1-Star Shadow Dragon. With this strategy, Goku manages to get the upperhand against Syn that he tries to retaliate against him, but Goku is too fast for Syn to keep up. Since Syn's defenses are too high, Goku decides to end the fight with his strongest attack: Supreme Kamehameha and successfully connects. Now that the fight is over, everyone looks at Ark thinking that he lied on Syn Shenron's Power, that Syn was not a big threat as Ark made him out to be, but Piccolo and Vegeta notices something off when they look at Ark: All 6 Dragon Balls that were hovering around him are gone, as they both call out to Goku, it was too late as Syn jumps out of the ground where he was hidden after the attack and eats all of the Dragon Balls and as he does, all of his ten spikes on his body, two on his elbows, two on his shoulders and six on his back become even longer than before, most noticeably the two on his elbows and he develops even more on different parts of his body including his knuckles and shoulders.
