Chapter 8 Sleeping is good for beauty

"Wow, this futon is soft and comfy,"

"Well you are sleeping on the floor "

Bulma went into the bathroom to brush her teeth.

"How old are you any way I haven't gotten your age yet?"

"14"

"Well, you are only two years younger than me. Well, don't do anything while I sleep. If you try something weird, I will scream really loud."

" well it's not like I am going to do something but even if you scream who will come and save you we are in the middle of nowhere."

"Well, you are right. You live together with your grandpa right? What happened to your parents "

"Well my dad got killed by a galactical tyrant and my mom got turned into dust along with my planet"

"Ha good one, you think I am stupid I have seen aliens before though what was his name again taco"

"Grandpa found me in the mountains when I was a baby. He then raises me."

"Well, you were probably thrown away because of your tail."

"Maybe, or maybe all of us have a tail and that's why we didn't live long"

"Well I think that we should get to sleep, tomorrow is a big day after all" goku continued and cut off the conversation.

"Goodnight"

"You too"

Them Bulma turned off the lights and both of them went to sleep.

Goku thought that this kind of thing will not last long and he can not enjoy the luxury of the so-called peace. Goku looked at Bulma who was sleeping and thought that maybe knowledge isn't that fun to have after all. You can enjoy your moment if you don't know what's coming and simple life like Bulma who do not worry would be much better.

"Good morning"

Goku said and look at the bed next to him. Bulma was still sleeping and hadn't woken up yet. Goku noted that she was a heavy sleeper as her sleeping posture was all over the place and her blanket was already touching the ground without covering her body. She looked so defenceless.

"You should be careful of outsiders " as he covers her with his blanket.

"Well now at least your skin will shine"

He then opened the door and went outside.

"Well now what to do he thought after a warmup exercise"

He was sweating all over because of the training that he was doing. He then saw a turtle near a big boulder.

"Oh my" he grinned while looking at the turtle.
