Thirty Two : It happens again!

Kim Sora POV

October 19th, 2019,

"Oenni ... today my father came to visit me, can I go home early?", Aeri said in front of my office door

"Your father came to Seoul? Alright .. you can go then", I replied with a smile at her

"Thank you oenni ... you're the best", replied Aeri happily

"How long will your father stay in Seoul?", I asked again

"Only two days, therefore I want to have dinner with him today," replied Aeri

"Ok .. have fun .. say hello to your father", I said again

"Ne, gomawo oenni", said Aeri as she left my office happily

Song Aeri is a cheerful and passionate woman. Her attitudes made me like her. She has worked at Minerva since the beginning. I trust her, she is a fun partner but also a hard worker.

"Omoo, it's 5pm already", I said when looking at my watch

Today, I have an appointment to meet Namjoon in Little Seoul. We plan to have dinner together. Well, it's been 2 weeks since he confessed his feelings to me. We haven't met again due to Namjoon's busy schedule. Actually he has returned to Korea since 13th October, but many interviews and dance practices made him unable to meet me. I'm not complaining, I know that this will definitely happen if we date.

"Jagiyaa~ , I'll be there soon, see you later", the message from Namjoon

"Ne, I'm still working on something. In 5 minutes I'll go to Little Seoul. See you later, oppa", I replied with a smile staring at my cellphone screen

I'm really looking forward to tonight's dinner. In fact, I was very nervous since this morning imagining I would see him again.

This time my cell phone rings.

"Yeoboseyo ..", I replied

"Sora~yaa, what are you doing? Are you still in Minerva?", Asked Sunmi from the other side of the phone

"Ne, I'm getting ready to go meet Namjoon", I replied, turning off my computer

"Aah ye. I forgot that you were going to have dinner with RM ssi today. Okay then, l'll come to see you tomorrow, okay?" Sunmi continued excitedly.

"Ne. Is there something you want to talk about?", I asked "

"Ye. It's about the place you are going to rent in Incheon", replied Sunmi

"Arasso. we'll talk tomorrow then", I said as I walked out of my office

"Ne, have a nice dinnerdate!! Byeee", said Sunmi giggled

I hung up my phone with a smile and shook my head. Sunmi has always teased me since knowing my relationship with Namjoon.

"Yunsu~aah, I will go out for dinner and Aeri will be home early. So please take care of Minerva", I said

"Ye, Noona. You can count on me", Yunsu replied excitedly

I walked down the shops towards Little Seoul. My heart skipped a beat as I stepped closer. I took a deep breath when I arrived at the front of the restaurant. I immediately walked to the second floor, to the place I ordered the day before.

"Annyeong Jagi...", a male voice greeted me when I opened the door to the private room

"Oppa!", I saw Namjoon standing in front of the dining table showing off his two dimples

I smiled at him, my heart was beating wildly. That smile..I really missed that smile.

"Come in," said Namjoon as he rubbed his neck awkwardly

"Ye. Sorry I'm late", I replied, closing the door

"Gwenchana", said Namjoon. "Please sit down, I have a lot to tell you," said Namjoon, sitting across from me

"Ne," I replied

"How are you, Sora?", He asked, smiling at me

"I'm fine oppa. How about you?", I asked

"I'm fine", replied Namjoon

"Uh...do you want to drink? I've ordered foods for us, maybe they will come soon. Omo!", Namjoon awkwardly spilled the glass of water he had just filled

I quickly helped him wipe the table with a tissue.

"It's ok Sora, let me do it. Omo !!", this time he stood up and dropped his chair

"Aiish, mianhae", said Namjoon nervously

I smiled amused at his carelessness.

"Gwenchana oppa, let me help you", I stood up and cleaned the table, then helped him lift the chair to its position.

"Sorry...I'm nervous to meet you", said Namjoon while glancing at me.

"Honestly I feel the same way too", I said blushing

We sat facedown awkwardly.

"You... you look very beautiful, jagi", said Namjoon

"Huh? Gamowo", I replied blushing

I'm still not used to that call. Hearing those words straight from Namjoon made me blush.

"I heard your concert in Riyadh was very successful, oppa ", I said again

"Ne, thank God everything went well. I didn't expect them to greet us with such enthusiasm", replied Namjoon excitedl

"Daebak! I'm very proud of you. I can't wait to watch your concert at the end of this month", I said, smiling happily

"When will you go to our concert?", Asked Namjoon

"The last day concert, on October 29. Sunmi said she wanted us to watch the 3 concerts. But the tickets for October 26 & 27 were sold out in just few hours", I replied excitedly

"Jinjja? Gwaenchana! We will be totality in every concert, so you don't need to worry", replied Namjoon smiling at me

Our food has arrived. We ate while chatting. I really miss the times we talked like this. We kept on chatting and laughing until we were done eating and our table was cleared.

"Does Park Minwoo still bother you often?", Namjoon asked while sipping his coffee

"Ani. Actually, he never bothered me. Minwoo often spends time with his friends in Minerva. But we rarely talk," I explained to Namjoon

"Thank goodness. If he bothered you, don't hesitate to tell me, Jagi", said Namjoon, his hand slowly gripped mine on the table.

"Uh? Ye", I replied

"I'm very happy today, I really miss you, Jagi", said Namjoon again, while gently stroking my hand.

"Nado (me too). Boggosippoyo, oppa", I answered gently squeezing his finger

"Next month we start working on our new album. We will be busy until the end of this year. Maybe even early next year. I hope you understand, that the time for us to meet each other will be more difficult. But if there is free time, I will definitely see you", said Namjoon while looking at me gently

"Ye. Arasso oppa. Don't worry, I will always wait for you and support you", I said smiling

"Gomawo", continued Namjoon squeezing my hand gently

"It's 8 pm, Jagiya... I have to go back to the office. I have to practice again tonight", said Namjoon as he let go of his hand and got up

"You still have to practice tonight? I hope you will always take care of your health," I said as I got up

"Ne. I have to go. My car is waiting outside", said Namjoon reading the message on his cell phone

"Ye. Be careful, oppa", I replied about to open the door for him

"Jamkanman (wait a moment)", Namjoon let go of my hand from the door and pulled me into his arms

"Just for a while, please", said Namjoon, hugging me tightly

"Oppa?", My heart is beating fast

I put my arms around his waist. I inhaled his scent deeply. The scent of musk and peppermint filled my senses. So comfortable, I can hear Namjoon's heart beating fast against my cheek.

"I have to go, take care of yourself, Sora~aah", said Namjoon releasing his hug and kissing my forehead.

"Ye ..", I replied blushing

He smiled, waved and walked out of the room leaving me alone in the room. I smiled back and waved my hand. I sat back in my chair, rubbing my forehead where Namjoon kissed me. I smiled happily looking at the door that was still open in front of me.

After my heart beat normally, I walked back to Minerva. Is this what it feels like to fall in love? I once liked someone, but it didn't feel like this. My feelings for Namjoon cannot be described in words. Even just remembering his smile made my chest beat very fast.

Along the way I still remembering our conversation earlier. Without realizing it, my feet had brought me back to Minerva.

"Kim Sora ssi?", I heard someone calling my name

"Huh?", I looked around the parking lot looking for that voice

"Sora~aah ...", I saw Park Minwoo waving at me near the stairs

"Annyeong", I said to Minwoo and 4 of his friends

"Annyeong, Sora ssi. You just arrived?", Asked Minwoo when I was in front of him.

"Ye. I just finished dinner", I replied

"With your boyfriend? Where is he?", Asked Minwoo looking behind me

"Uh? He's already gone", I replied

"Looks like your boyfriend is very busy, huh?!", asked Minwoo chuckled

"Ye. Did you just arrive or already want to go home?", I asked one of Minwoo's friends

"We've been here from 6pm and now we will go to the bar for drinks", replied one of Minwoo's girlfriends

"Arasso, enjoy your night then", I said smiling at them

"Gomawo. We really like your cafe, Kim Sora ssi. Even if possible, I would love to come here every day", said the brown-haired man smiling kindly

"Kamsahamnida, I'm glad you guys like it", I replied

"Okay, we have to go. Do you want to come with us, Sora~aah?", Said Minwoo

"Ani, Ani. I still have something to do. You guys please have fun", I replied

"Okay .. see you later", said Minwoo, he and his friends left and waved at me

I walked towards the ground floor door. I met Yunsu who was resting while drinking a can of soda on the employee room.

"You're back, Noona", He said

"Ye. Have you had dinner, Yunsu~aah?", I asked him

"Ye", he said while gulping his soda

"I think I'm going home now", I said to him

"Ye Noona", he replied

I took my bag and a box containing Minerva's financial statements for 2 years, then locked my office.

"Let me help you ", said Yunsu as he opened the door for me

"Ah, you don't have to do it but Thank you," I said

Yunsu helped me carry the box to my car.

"Noona, it looks like you had flat tire", said Yunsu pointing to the front tire

"Huh? Again??", I asked desperately

"Ye. It's broken. Look, there are scratches on your tires", said Yunsu

"What??", I said, surprised and sighed

"Your rear tires too, Noona", said Yunsu who was checking all tires of my car

"Gosh, I can't believe this. This has happened 5 times in 2 weeks. ", I said irritably.

"Looks like this is intentional Noona ..", said Yunsu who was squatting beside my rear tire. "There are scratches on both of your tires", said Yunsu pointing to a long line on my tires

"Do you think there's someone's doing on purpose?", I asked incredulously

"Ye. Certainly. It's like being intentionally scratched by a sharp object," said Yunsu looking at me anxiously

"Jinjja? Ottoke? What are they doing it for?", I asked, frowning

"I don't know. No one hates you, right Noona? Looks like you never had enemies", said Yunsu confusedly

"Hate me? Wooow .. I think it's too much Yunsu~ah ..", I said trying to laugh

"You get a flat tire a lot, right?? I think this is related to the previous incident", Said Yunsu looking at me

"I don't know. Maybe this is just a coincidence. Maybe I stepped on a sharp object while on the way", I replied trying to think rationally

"But this is too strange, Noona", said Yunsu gloomily

"I know, maybe we need to install a CCTV here", I said while looking around me

"You're right. there is no cctv in the employee parking lot ", said Yunsu sighed

"I'll just take a taxi tonight. And I'll call mechanics so they can change my tires tomorrow", I said

"Are you okay to go home alone? do I need to accompany you?", said Yunsu, worried

"It's okay, Yunsu~aah. I'll be fine", I said, smiled at him

"Okay, I'll call a taxi for you", Yunsu said as he went to call a taxi

This is strange, 6 times in 2 weeks, this is not a coincidence. I took a deep breath and massaged my forehead. Has anyone done it on purpose? But who? And why ??

The question continued to spin in my head until I arrived at the apartment. Maybe I was thinking too much. I don't feel like I have enemies. Is there anyone who still has a grudge or has not forgiven my mistakes?

I rubbed my forehead and exhaled. If Park Minwoo did this again, I would definitely not remain silent. I will make sure he accepts the consequences of his actions.
