But the same man took him and introduced him to a new world.

A world he was completely unaware of. A world that changed his entire perception of life.

The more he learned, the more he realized he was nothing more than an ant in that world.

But his survival in this world was different from his previous survival, where he was powerless. He realized he has the ability to change his life.

Because of his past, the man who took him in recognized his abilities and sent him to train as an assassin.

But life was not so simple, he was beaten to the point that he could hardly stand on his feet. But he still gritted his teeth and made his way to become one of the most famed assassins in Ebeisia.

It was during this time that he became one of the chosen ones for the Goddess of Nefetera, one of the seven gods in Ebeisia.

He didn't know what is the Purpose of the Chosen one.

But now he realized that he had been chosen by the goddess to change history, to change Ebeisia's fate. The doom brought to Ebeisia by the Overlord.

It could be a game for the people of this world. However, this game has a different meaning for him.

While he was lost in his thoughts, the Ethereal voice of the female jolted him out of his reverie.

As soon as the voice ceased, the entire space was filled with white light, and Ethan was surprised to see a familiar figure standing in front of him. The figure was slightly overweight, with disheveled hair, dressed in a khaki-colored ragged jacket and brown pants, and its eyes were closed.

His brow furrowed because the figure was a carbon copy of his own body.

But suddenly, a pop-up panel appeared in front of him.

[Overlord is reviving. Its forces are slowly slaughtering the villages of the world of Ebeisia. Choose your race to fight against the forces of the Overlord.

And again, a different pop panel appeared in front of him.

With the option of Humans, Elven, dwarf, and many more.

He immediately chose Human.

With many options, such as hair color, skin tone, face, lips, brows, and many more in it.

Ethan found it intriguing and changed his avatar to look like a younger version of himself from his previous life in Ebeisia.

The character now appeared to be a tall, healthy young man with slightly tanned skin, dark black long hair to his shoulders, a square face with a firm jaw, and big clear eyes.

After confirming that the avatar was to his liking, he confirmed it, and another pop-up panel appeared in front of him.

Without blinking his eyes, he typed the name

As soon as he confirmed the name, another Pop-up Panel with a message appeared in front of him.

Default set the Pain reception to 10%. To make it more realistic, the game allows you to increase the Pain Reception to 100%.

Ethan's lips curled into a smile and he immediately set the Perception to 100%

Immediately after that, another Pop-Up Message appeared in front of him.

There are various conditions mentioned in which players should not harm or kill the NPCs in the game.

He quickly glanced at the Terms and conditions and immediately accepted them.

And as soon as he accepted the terms, darkness engulfed him for a moment before he found himself in the middle of a bustling village.

Instead of confusion, a hint of nostalgia struck him, and his body quivered as he looked around to see the street full of people with confused and amused expressions on their faces.

The side of the street was lined with shops and stalls, as well as people rushing to get to the shops.

Not many people noticed, but he did as he saw some excitable looks on the faces of the native people as they saw the crowd standing in the middle of the street.

He took a deep breath as a familiar scent entered his nose. He couldn't help but recall the scene before he died.

He shook his head and looked up to see a clear blue sky.

After the followers of Overlord attacked Ebeisia, these villages were destroyed and uprooted and many innocents became the victim of slaughter and the whole sky was covered in darkness.

However, many of these natives currently have happy and joyous expressions on their faces, but that expression is also filled with expectation. The expectation that someone will save their world.
