With the element of surprise, the enemy distracted, and have possibly forgotten about him. Wally ran at point blank at the unsuspecting enemies without a plan laid out as he simply charged in.

Just as he inflicted several yet effective blows, he made sure that it weren't as lethal but only enough to at least incapacitate them for several hours, enough time to be already touching foot on US soil. Although, it would seem yet another problem has emerged from the already mountainous piles of problems.

"Bebeck! Bebeck! Stay awake!"

Anatole hurried to her aid as Bebeck fought to stay awake. "We need first aids! A bandage!" Anatole say as he inspected Bebeck's wounds that was overflowing with blood. "At this rate she will die from the loss of blood! Plus damn cold… and the fever…"

Wally and Anatole wondered what to do in a desolate place without the resources or equipment to deal with Bebeck's injuries. 'Wait… equipment…'

Cassiopeia remembered who had equipment – the soldiers – whom they were couriers to. Immediately, Cassiopeia sped to the nearest soldier and checked their pouches.

Her vision was becoming blurry, and disfigured. Until all that she saw was…

With an angry migraine that felt as if parts of the brain were being devoured by something, she couldn't help it but lower her gun and used her hand and began smacking her helmet. All the while an ork rages towards her in frightening speed. But as she attempted to focus on the ork, the feeling only increased as it began to feel twice as uncomfortable and foul.

The ork was nearing closer, and she had stopped firing as the feeling doubled – too occupied by such a vigorous foolish experience and sense. She was good as dead.

Until beyond the disfigure shapes and distorted vision was a korpsmen that ran past by her as the guard charged forward with a fixed bayonet. All the while as the lasgun fired shots at the ork as both approach the other to engage into melee combat. Pot shot after pot shot, the distance closed in until the ork stood terrifyingly massive against the guard though not much taller than the korpsmen.

With a large heavy swing, the rusty axe only managed to hit the empty air as it missed flesh and bones as the korpsmen evaded to the side, who in turned took the opportunity to slide in the fixed bayonet to the ork's green skin chest. As the ork roared in anger and pain, it attempted once again to cleave the guard in half.

Though before the korpsmen could evade the swing, the mindless beast used its free hand to hold on to the korpsmen's lasgun that still had the bayonet stuck inside its flesh. So despite being slow-witted beasts it had times such as these where they were unpredictably smart to utilise their situation.

But then again, their period of limited intelligence – only increased by the rages and continuation of war – it was limited. As it imagined that the korpsmen would have been too slow or reluctant to lose the only weapon it had…

It did not anticipate it'd go for a tool that wasn't utilise for warfare.

Retrieving a tool that was hanging by the waist belt, the korpsmen equipped it as the guard charged back in and since there was no reason to even attempt to parry such a large weapon. The guard merely dodge and struck the ork again near the injuries it had inflicted.

With dull edges, the shovel didn't deal much slashing damage. Although the korpsmen using it to attack the greenskin ork didn't had any complaints using it. Rather, whatever tool that could be used to kill the enemy was enough reason to use it. Therefore as both ork and guardsman fought in melee, she watched from afar as she was shot at again by the stealthy ork.

Faced with an opponent of her own, she looked around the densely fog for it. But the migraines still have yet to left her.

The roar of an ork echoed, but she spared no glance as she couldn't risk being sniped by the ork she is up against. Instead, all she heard was the sound of a shovel that had pierced through the ork's armoured boot and successfully severing its toes. But the ork was still fighting and alive, very much like hers as she received hails of shots towards her.

With only the origin where the shots were fired to use to trace where the ork was, and moving to next, it was a wild card. Regardless, she had to eliminate this specific ork as there was no doubt that it wasn't the average ork. No, it was something else.

Then a set of several shots fired once again and this time a stray blast actually struck its mark, although it was only a graze, fortunately. But the blast still burnt and ate through the trench coat. Had it been a sight stricken shot, she would had been dead on the ground with a pool of her own blood.

In response, she began shooting into the fog – not blindly though – as she predicted the movement of it is next location. Her lasgun fired and fired, hoping that the ork would somehow slip up and make a vital mistake and reveal his location. While it also increases the chance of pressuring the ork and hindering its aim at her.

No monologue, and not a thought crossed her mind aside the objective she had at that moment. Kill the ork before it could begin in whatever it had planned behind their lines.

With only the noise of her heavy breathing through the mask and the occasional artillery bombardment in the battlefield, as well as the vague noise of roaring screams from both sides. Again the dropping idea that it was just her alone with this opponent was all there is. But that idea was immediately erased when she heard a fade distant sprint.

An ork much smaller compare to the ork that the other korpsmen was fighting against came. Then with a single shot to the head it dropped dead as its body flew forward. In a split second, she caught sight of the ork that she was hunting – as it did her – and she instantly aimed the lasgun at it and without an act of hesitation or slowness…

Death Korps Engineer, 011285-9778, took the shot.
