Chapter 2 - I'm Genius

A year and half passed and I was now 5 year old, things was still same, spent most of my time lazing around, scratching my butt and was barge by Martha to do something productive from time to time.

Me, being a kid and having nothing, did as she told me and play around with other kids of my age from time to time.. troublesome indeed but also blessing in disguise as it allow me to train my control over my strength.

I play with them for some time but soon got bored as I master my control over my strength so I told Martha that I wouldn't play with them anymore.. causing her to scold me the entire day; Telling me how important socializing are.

Sigh, sometimes I felt like telling them about my powers would be better, but thinking about the overprotectiveness and restrictions they will put in me, I quickly against it.

Socializing aside, I decided to do something more productive to stop Martha's nagging.

Being clark allow me an access from a bunch of abilities and one of them is Super Intellect and Eidetic Memory.

*flashback 1 year ago*

"... alright, lemme get through this straight.. you're telling us that you studied everything related to computer science, electronics and coding in the Public Library."

"Build your own computer from the scraps you collected from Junkyard?"

"Turn the old, unused Barn into you're own... secret place?"

Actually, it took me three months to put everything in place, had to asked my kid friend's mom, Jessica the Librarian to get all the books I needed, then after that cleaning and fixing the old barn isn't much of trouble with my powers, building computers while took me time was done perfectly too.

"Yes." I nodded my head at them, feeling proud at myself. I'm freaking Genius.

"..." Both Martha and Jonathan was dumbfounded of course, probably thinking how unbelievable it was but accepted it in the end considering my Alien heritage.

Though.. that didn't mean that I wasn't scolded by Martha for doing something like that without her knowledge.

*flashback end*

A year and half passed since, many happens, building my computer and having a private space aside, I also started several science project for my leisure.

I studied mechanical engineering subjects for month then build something akin to a combined '3D printer' and 'Lathe', and then called it '3D Lathe'. The final product was big as refrigerator, complicated manual control system that required multiple people to operate, but needless to say, everything works alright.

Re-creating various kind of CNC machine and Manufacturing suite was harder but done quicker than expected courtesy to the manufacturing prowess of '3D Lathe'. The products was big and bulky, but appearance aside it's performance was superb, probably even better than the most advanced version available in the Market

Ones everything done, I began my next project. Studied subject related to electronics, robotics, mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence for about 3 months and after that I began building Robots of various kind and proving just how convinent the production machine I recreated before hand.

The first robot I build is what I named 'Dean', an arachnid type, cleaning bot. I program him to clean the Barn 24/7 and only stop when the battery reach a critical point and needed to charge. Dean was very cute and friendly as I program him to be, unfortunately for him the technological limitation wouldn't allow him to communicate and do other complicated task any time soon.

The second one is a bit better as it has more function, originally I wanted it to be something more humanoid, but I underestimated how complicated human structures are, with the technology I currently posses, the most I build is a big bulky Gundam like robot, but even if I did, I don't have enough power to power it up.

In the end I build a refrigerator shaped shape robot, multiple wheels underneath, two meters length mechanical arms etc., Named him "Alfred' my all around cooking robot, like Dean he couldn't communicate or think complicated things but the food it cook was superb, average taste aside it was very clean and beautiful.

I have build other robots like 'Agatha' the Laundry bot. Panda the Dishwasher Box etc., though I usually turn them in deactivated mode otherwise our electric bill would rose to heaven... I should stop using chinese reference sigh.

"Clark! breakfast is ready." Mathra called from the dining as I ones again sighed, how many times did I sighed again?

"Commmming!" i replied... wait it sounds wrong, damn
