In The Hall

Adams: "Hello mam, good morning. The client is here and we need everyone onboard for the meeting."

CEO: "Okay, thanks, I will be there in a jiffy and please put everyone on call."

Adams: "I've done that and we're all waiting for you."

CEO: "Okay in a jiffy."

The secretary served the client a tea, sandwich, juice and water in the most special treat. She and other subordinates served tea, sandwich and water to the rest of the board members present in the meeting.

The CEO hastily coming in "my darlings, please my apology for keeping y'all. Adams, have you seen my messages and have you all heard of it before now?"

All responded "Yes ma."

She went closer to the client 'Mr Sharo' and have an handshakes in a warm regard welcoming gesture. She returned to her chief chair and sit, laid down her hands on the ship shaped boardroom that looks good in its sculpted ship styled shapes, black and white stripes colour combination sort of the Zebras, the connected boundary layer microphones attached to every seat direction, the boxes of the white-tissues placed on everyone's point, the breakfast meals served to everyone apiece, the air-conditioning that split up the room a puffed chilling air, everyone sitted calm on the breakfast tea sipping with the sandwich in merriment. A time was set for the breakfast before the commencement of the meeting for the privileging breakfast intakes.

Every members on their working suites in different colors, hand chains, Bangles, necklaces, washed and looking clean like the Boules, ladies that looks too pure in their make up like the love of a mother to her child. Mr Sharon was the only white man in the room, looking like a yellow papaya in the mix of chocolates, the white LED lights on the walls that glows like Cristals and the chandelier above that looks muy expensive lighting from above like the combo of the moon, stars and the sun all in the same place at the same time.

The room was silent and the only clamoring wave was the din that echo as the teaspoon beating on the tea-cups scratching each other in the moment.

Suddenly the time of breakfast was over with some minutes. The silence was broken with a prayer by Malam Uthman the Auditor of the company, as directed by the CEO through her message of the meeting schedule sent to Adams to pass to everyone before her arrival.

"Amin..." As all sighe at the end of the prayer.

Adams stood up with an open speech in a dignified gesture from an intro and further "Good morning everyone.." And he paused for a moment to clear throat... "It's a morning a good one, it's a honey tea, coffee and sandwich a sweet one, it is a journey a neat one, a foreseeable future a great one, and we can't go all alone with no one for a company in one, it must be achieved with someone, and it must be with the right one.

Good morning everyone. Today is a new day with our client in the House looking eyesome in his tux, clean in his nature, humbled gentleman.

Life could be thrilling with the one who's willing to be anything and we chose a purpose of producing of goods and services, the joy is to be meaningful to the society and a pillar to the future.

You are welcome Mr Sharon to this great organization with lots of opportunities. My CEO and other board members are all set for the deal after some series of deliberations and agreement, I was asked to invite you to hear more from you. And I'm urging you to be free to seek for all the opportunity you want and need to achieve your goals in a business centric manners like; and we shall put an end to your seek and make sure we bind a win-win contract.

Thank you." He Said

Mr Sharon drew nearer to the mic in a good mood and coordinated attitude and said "I am Mr Sharon from Belgium, I'm honored to be here and thank you for your hospitality, it is a well an organized center with great people in enthusiasm and I love the environment, and can't wait to strike a deal with y'all in a goodwill.

All I need and want is the organization to partner with my company for the exportation of Oil and Gas from this country to my country, and the signature of the organization for our permit to carry on every transaction is all we need, and your company bears no any liability nor damages incure, only your signature on the permit. And you can bid a price for it.

I will be so glad as you consider it a done deal. Thank you."

CEO: "Thank you Adams for your wonderful speech and thank you Mr Sharon for chosing us. I will make a deal with y'all, but before then we have a sample of our contract memo which I will love you to read carefully and get back to us, and if you are okay with everything then we proceed from there. Thank you."

Mr Sharon: "It's alright, and thank you once more."

Adams passed the memo to the client for further perusal, Mr Sharon shook Adams with a Thanksgiving gesture for making the meeting possible. And Adams with a warm welcoming gesture "You are welcome."

As the meeting was over and everyone is preparing to restore to their disparate province, Mr Sharon was excited and continue passing his hand shakes to the rest of the board members present.

Adams and some board members accompanied Mr Sharon to his car "I will call you later so we can talk more, thank you for all." Mr Sharon cheerfully said as he stepped into his car and took his leave.

CEO: "Whenever you are done with what you are doing, please I will love to see you in my office." She said to Adams as she called him on phone.

Adams: "Okay ma."

Mariyam: "Sir, I sincerely recommend your yielding effort towards the deal with the client. Putting out all these through was a brilliant idea. My initial thought was not productive because of the his approaches and the way he was presenting it all, which made me thought that he was upto something not genuinely for interest."

Adams: You are right, not everyone would understand his tone of voice, but he can't hide the fact that nature had him unsual with the mother's tongue. But you can see that he is a good guy and ready for the business, that is the reason why we need a direct contact or meeting with many clients, to know more about them and their motives.

Physical communication and phone conversation are two different things, sometimes we need to see people to know more better, and with the physic between the interactions, things can really make more of a sense."

Mariyam: "Yeah, you are right 'facing the door direction you could know your way going inside or outside.'

Adams drew his face toward the clock on the wall as he was through arranging some documents from the chest of the drawers, and between his teeth he said to Mariyam "I hid a document here which I'm planning to take to the CEO for perusal, but I can't find it." And he drew the curtain before him and drags the drawer towards the window to search for the documents; and he found the documents behind the files he is holding in the chest of the drawers. "Thank Heaven here it is." He said

Mariyam: "Okay, what is it for?"

Adams: "This is the contract agreement documents which I want to show to the CEO."

Mariyam: "Okay, let me take a look." In her polite manner.

He handover the documents to her and a phone in his office rang and he hastily picked up the call "Hello." He said

CEO: "Are you still busy?"

Adams: "No ma, I'm on my way to your office right away."

Adams: "Please have it to me let me take it to her. Resuming to his easy manners

Mariyam: "Okay sir." She said to him as she handed the documents to Him with a feline politeness.

Adams: "in a moment, please excuse me let me see her; I will be back soon to continue."

Mariyam: "No problem."
