Chapter 25

3 Months later-

"Kaneki should be released soon." Corven whispers to himself.

Corven has managed to improve alot of the course of these few months.

Having saw the potential in his Consumption learning ability, he quickly enhanced his throat, digestive system, jaws, teeth, and gums, allowing his mouth to bite through and eat almost anything, while allowing his body to properly digest it into useful proteins and minerals.

With the help of his new enhancements, after eventually discarding of the restrictions and side effects of consumption learning, though not being able to use it in consecutive uses due to the dangers for his mind, Corven was able to slowly grow his intelligence by consuming all sorts of books, gaining intelligence on all sorts of subjects, but with it only being in theory and knowledge due to not having any hands on experience in any of the fields, yet that is.

But with his intelligence slowly increasing, he started realizing how much of a fool he had truly been.

Previously he had never payed as much attention to the activities going on in the new world he lives in, as well as never planning properly for what he should do in the future, or more useful improvements to himself, rather than just raw power.

So with his growth in intelligence, came a growth in his plans.

With nightly battle escapades, he quickly gained EXP, using some at first to add a self repair ability to his gear, then eventually he made a new change to his body.

With the cost of thousands of points, Corven had made a tube of blood from the Super Class danger beast known as the Tyrant, with the effects giving him the abilities of the beast.

Sacrificing the boost in power he would gain from the blood, Corven had used that boost to upgrade the adaptability slightly, and allow him to keep his sanity. Adding in with the adaptability of his T+G Virus, he should be able to survive in any time of climate or adapt to any foreign substances almost instantly.

Once the tube was ready though he had activated his Consumption Learning ability when he consumed it, giving him a bit more than tolerable headache.. which knocked him out for a few days by what Yoshimura had said.. (Thanks to 000Striker000 for the idea)

Next, With kagunes being made up of primarily RC Cells, that flow through the body in RC Cell vessels, with some being stored in the kakuhou of a ghoul to produce kagunes, Corven decided to use a 3d model of his body, and added an effect allowing his bodily fluidsto be poisonous to others if he wishes, with the toxicity being upgradable with the consumption of more dangerous types of poisons or toxins.

With this added, his opponents would have more trouble than usual, especially in extended battles.(Thanks to Aadi_Narayana for the idea)

Next, to improve the "ash" like smell that so easily gotten him detected, Corven had gave himself a new tattoo on the sides of his torso, to block his Scent.(Thanks to TheEvilDragon23 for the idea).

Finally, to give himself more of an emergency ability, Corven had had used the 3d model of himself, and while having it tanking many physical attacks, he gives it the effect of Full Counter(Physical), allowing him to block and spend back and physical attack at the enemy with double the attack power.

With the wider range of abilities and great improvements set, Corven had then made a high grade camera, which he had planted on another building near the Kanou General Hospital, facing directly into the window with Ken Kaneki.

Keeping track of him proved useful the past few months, as Corven was better able to keep track of his improvements and healing, as well as Dr. Akihiro Kanou feeding him human meat in secret to keep Kaneki going for his research.

"Did you say something Corven?" asks Yoshimura.

"Not really just talking to myself boss." says Corven getting out from underneath the cabinet.

Turning on the faucet, Corven watches as the water comes out, and feels as the water gets warm quickly.

"Water seems to be working now boss, *yawns* you can let everyone know." Says Corven with a yawn as he walks back to his room.

"Thank you again Corven, you enjoy your rest, im sorry to bother you." says Yoshimura with a smile as he starts washing dishes.

Having gained knowledge on many subject has been both a blessing and a curse for Corven, one being the main handyman of the shop.

Walking into his room, Corven heads an sits on his new brown reclining couch.

Summoning his Ukaku kagune, Corven collects a few steel strands in his hands before desummoning it.

Having a natural connection to his kagune, its made it much easier to train his metal control these few months.

His control has gotten exceptionally better compared to the first time he tried it, but once when he found out a trick about his ukaku kagune, he gave up on using coins and stuck to his kagune, which he found wasn't really made up of hair or steel like threads, but actually took that shape.

By controlling the heat along his steel like wings, hes able to succefully melt them back to what he calls their "base form", with them being purely metal like liquid, which is useful for many things, as with training, he has manged to detach a glob of liquid, and slowly change its shape, from the usual needles, to forks then swords.

Focusing on the metal strands in his hands to melt, he slowly practices changing them into more detailed shapes, this has been a training exercise corvens been working on to improve his ability further.

Slowly he watches as the liquid changes to a metal flower, than slowly to a bike, then a horse, etc.

Keeping up with it is boring but needs to be done sadly, so keeping up his usual exercises for a few hours, Corven properly rests, turning on the tv and relaxing.

"-ear of the amount of attacks, the CCG assure us that the situation is under control, and in time the ghoul labeled "Flower Demon" will be apprehend-"

"Idiots, they'll never be able to find me if they just sit on their asses all day in the 6th ward."

Having not want Anteiku to be brought into his business, or him being caught for that matter, Corven decided to take his business closer to the 6th ward, and the wards directly around it, evemtually causing others to believe he mainly acts there once he was seen.

Not finding anything to watch on TV, Corven switches the TV to his camera feed, and sees Kaneki putting his shirt back on and talking with Dr. Akihiro Kanou, where after he proceeds to leave, presumably heading home after finally being discharged.

(Hello I'm back lol, I'm still not feeling all too great so sorry if chapter isn't the best, but I decided to use a bit of peoples ideas a lil early as an apology for leaving, it ties well with the time skip anyways so it doesn't matter to me, now tell me what yall think of the ghoul name for mc, and if he should meet kaneki first.)
