Chapter26: Traces of Rugi

Whilst the akane slaughter was nearing it's end a visitor, no a teacher appeared at the rubble of the sasine family home. 

"I don't think Darkus would allow me to continue my experiments here after all that brat Hollow would only get in the way". 

"But that doesn't mean I can't leave a little gift, a project" Rugi looked upon Kenta sasine. 

Liri jolted herself upwards her energy picking up the embers once again. 

"Who are you? What do you...". 

"Too many questions I will answer them all in due time, after all I couldn't call myself a teacher if I just gave you the answers" Rugi hit the green flare in the gut, the impact sending her crashing through the capital.

Looking upon the future warrior twins Rugi lifted his arms up looking to be wielding a small disc in his hand about the size of his palm. 

The disc was a dull bronze, it looked ancient like it was not of this time, then again is it even man made?

It's design although dull was intricate, not something an ordinary craftsman could pull off.

The brothers were curious as to why he was holding it or at least normal children would be... 

Genshi brought his arm back while infusing raw zeon energy into it and with a rush of power came the release known as raw zeon orb. 

But that was not all... 

Genshi had sacrificed years of his life to enter the form imperial times twenty. 

But even with all this Rugi looked upon them no different they were still just mere children in his eyes. 

Genshi propelled himself lifted his arm directly into Rugi drilling the ball of zeon energy into his face but... 

It had no effect. 

Liri was fast approaching having entered her freedom state. 

She was an easy target to aim for being the brightest thing on the planet. 

Rugi without any emotion grabbed hold of Genshi's face and tossed him straight into his approaching opponent. 

The green flare was forced into catching her brother but this is what the teacher wanted, after all they were both insignificant to his plans.

Kenta looked upon Rugi with murderous intent but they both knew Kenta did not possess the strength to act on his instincts. 

"You will be the one to receive my gift child after all if you do not you will always be in your brother's shadow" the amulet Rugi was wielding shot with vibrant energy. 

Tentacle like lasers grappled hold of the young Kenta cursing him.

"Ahhh!" Liri dashed without any stop, she collided straight into Rugi sending him flying through the capital this time. 

 But it was already too late... 

Kenta was glowing and his soul gained a new part a much darker part he gained a new curse...

The curse known as revenge of the fallen. 

And just like everywhere else the teacher of worlds appears Rugi disappeared without a trace.

But he's no ghost he cant just vanish from existence...

Appearing in front of the young prodigy, experimentation's prodigy Hollow. 

"So I finally get to meet one of the final few pure zeons left alive" Hollow lifted himself up from a overload zeon's corpse. 

"Well this was unintentional, I meet the one person who I want to kill all alone" Rugi creates a shinning silver blade of divine energy.

Hollow was left unfazed by Rugi's words but he didn't prepare for combat.

Instead he spoke his arms open wide "let me guess you wish to kill me because I stole your spot as this world's teacher, well I have an offer which will make it worth while for us both".

"What do you have to offer me child?" Rugi edged himself closer to Hollow. 

Hollow clapped his hands "I teach you how to make your own mutation mark and in return you let me extract your blood, so what do you say enhancer?".

"I fear the man you will become Hollow no child is supposed to be able to match my own intelligence, regrettably you have a deal".
