After spending her three days with her nanny Miranda and her mother, it is now time for Francheska to return back to the city. Francheska wants to stay more in this place, but she knows that is not possible for now. She cannot delay her pending schedules anymore. Or else, Rissa and her agency will definitely give her a scolding.
After saying goodbye to her mother one last time, Francheska left her mother in the mental facility. She kindly asked her mother's nurse to treat her nicely and take good care of her. Naturally, the nurse agreed and promised to call her regularly so Francheska will know her mother's condition. After a few more words with the hospital's staff, Francheska left the facility.
When Francheska returned to the villa to fetch her things, she saw a red sports car parked in front of their gate. At the same time, she saw a familiar figure getting off from the driver's seat. Turning his head, he gave Francheska a smile before he removed the aviators he was wearing.
"Leon?" Francheska called. "What are you doing here?"
"Hmm... Rissa asked me to drive you back to the city."
"Rissa did?"
"Of course."
"You are lying." Francheska said with a frown.
"How do you say so?" Leon asked.
With a small huff, Francheska walked straight towards Leon and poke the right side of his lips with her finger.
"Every time you try to lie at me, the side of your lips are curling slightly upward!" Francheska explained.
"Oh."
That is what Leon only said, but he did not bother to explain his side anymore. Well, it is true that he was lying at Francheska a while ago. Rissa did not really send him to fetch Francheska in this place. Leon just came here on his own decision.
"So how did you know that I am here?" Francheska wondered. "Did someone from the hospital called to informed you that I am here?"
"Is anyone have a privilege to call me that easily?" Leon questioned her back.
When Francheska pouted her lips, Leon jovially laughed and pinched her cheeks. This is the scene that Miranda saw when she opened the gate to check if Francheska was back. Miranda was already familiar with Francheska's friends so she invited Leon inside the villa. Miranda left Leon and Francheska in the living room while she is getting a glass of juice for their visitor.
"Now tell me. How did you that I am here?" questioned Francheska.
"How long we have been friends, Cheska? Of course, I will have a clue on what idea is running inside your head." Leon remarked. "Aside from your friends, the other people you will spend your time with is naturally your mother and your nanny."
When Francheska did not answer him back, Leon gave her a 'See? I got you.' look.
"So why are you here?" Francheska asked again.
"To fetch you back in the city."
"But I have my car with me."
"Then drive your car and I will drive my own car too. We can go back to Finrel City together." He cheekily answered.
This statement made Francheska laugh.
"But be serious, Leon. Why are you here?"
"To be honest, I am here because I am visiting the nearby hotels here in the northern town. A hotel owner who lives here asked me if I want to invest in one of his hotels so I came here secretly to check it. And since I am already here, I thought of visiting you while you are still here." Leon explained.
"Oh. That's all?"
"You are doubting me now?" Leon laughingly asked Francheska seeing her eyeing him with suspicions on her eyes.
"...Fine. I believe you now."
Miranda came back with a tray of food and drinks and served it to them. They spent some time having a pleasant conversation with each other. When the clock strikes at four in the afternoon, it is now time for Francheska and Leon to go back to the city. They need to leave now to avoid traffic. Francheska held her nanny Miranda's hands and smiled at her. But Miranda seemed reluctant to let her Francheska go.
"Nanny, I promise to visit you again if I get another free time. Please do not be sad anymore."
"Hmm. I know that, but I just can't help it. I am going to miss you again." Miranda said with a sad smile.
"Of course I will you too, Nanny! There is not a single day where I did not miss you and my mother. If it is possible for me to visit you every day, I will do it."
"You silly child. The distance between the city and this place is not that close."
"Nanny..."
"My dear, you should have plenty of rest and take good care of your body. Do not starve yourself just because you are on a diet. Do not worry too much about me and your mother. I always visit Mistress Sarah's in the facility to check on her conditions. If possible, you should focus more on your health and career. Got it?"
"Nanny, you are worrying too much." Francheska helplessly said.
"As a mother, it is natural for us to worry about their child."
Francheska did not say anything more and give her nanny a tight hug. Miranda returned her embrace and patted her back. Francheska knows that it will take a while before she can visit them again.
"Alright. You two should leave now before it gets dark." Miranda said and pats Francheska's back for the last time.
"Nanny, take care of yourself too! Do not force yourself to clean the whole villa. If possible, you should just relax your body and avoid eating greasy oil. I will call a doctor to conduct a regular check-up for you."
"This child. Are you nagging me now?" Miranda asked, but her voice was doting towards Francheska.
"I would not dare, nanny." Francheska replied with a smile. "Nanny, please visit my mom in my stead."
"Of course, my dear. Your mom and I love you so much. Remember that, okay?"
After a few more words, Francheska and Leon left the villa. But they did not follow what Leon had suggested earlier. Francheska sat on the passenger seat while Leon drove his sports car. Leon casually said that his secretary will drive Francheska's car back to the city tomorrow.
"So I guess you will be busy starting tomorrow?" Leon asked.
"Hmm." Francheska hummed in response. "Rissa called to informed me of the things I have to do tomorrow. In the morning, have an early guesting in a morning talk show. After that, I am invited to be one of the judges for an audition in a new teenage drama. In the afternoon, I have a photoshoot for a brand I am endorsing. Then I also need to have dinner with the president of my agency."
"You have my deepest sympathy." Leon said with a smile.
