The Rain PT1

It was a rainy foggy night at Mustafu businessmen were on their way home to their families teenagers were in groups as it was of course a weekend but above all this, on one of the many rooftops a lone figure wearing a black trench coat was standing at the edge of a building, he looked around the area observing everything, he had an umbrella open stopping the rain from hitting his body he had a white mask on it had three stripes of colors going from the bottom right to its nose from blue-green and to red, the figure's eyes were focused on the building right across from him.

He sighed taking a look at his wrist watch he took a step forward.

"A JUMPER!"

One of the many pedestrians yelled as he pointed towards the figure who took the step many believed that he would fall but no instead something else happened

Instead of falling due to gravity, the figure began walking as if he was walking on solid ground not bothering to look below him, many of the people watching were amazed until a man in flashy clothing down below yelled

"OI! GET DOWN FROM THERE!"

This was a hero one of the many heroes of this world as this world wasn't a normal mundane one as 80% of its population were individuals given abilities they would call 𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘬𝘴 as each and every one of that 80% had unique 𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘬𝘴.

Instead of listening to the hero the figure just raised his right arm as his left was holding the umbrella and pointed it towards one of the many windows of the building across from him the rain began stopping to halt around his hand as a blade made of rain took shape, the hero seeing this saw it and immediately assumed the worst as he crouched down and launched towards the figure and as soon as he even got near 3ft from it he was torn to bits by raindrops that froze in the air and bits of flesh rained down below covering many of the civilians.

"𝐀𝐇𝐇𝐇𝐇𝐇𝐇𝐇!!"

Many of the civilians yelled as parents taking a stroll covered the eyes of their children while the cause of this only shot out the blade of rain forward that soon took the life of a man in an office

"Target down"

This figure was Ryoiichi no last name an Assasin for hire and also the main protagonist of this story he was 'Born' In the darker side of Mustafa one would probably name the slums but that's a story for another time as multiple heroes surrounded him and surprisingly half of them were either flying floating or grabbing on to something to be as high as him in the air, But he ignored them as he pulled out a burner phone from his pocket and called the number and without even saying anything a voice spoke

"𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘱𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵"

"Always a pleasure."

"Now to deal with you heroes" As soon as he said those words those surrounding him all fired multiple attacks at once but all of them were blocked by raindrops they all saw what happened to their comrade so they didn't risk getting close they had no idea of the range of Ryoiichi's abilities

"Lets just make this quick, I have somewhere to be'' Ryoiichi then grabbed something inside his trench coat something that shocked the heroes as they were banned in Japan to the point only a few people in the government could have one and that's excluding the military

A Gun.

Specifically, something that looked like a revolver but with a more modern touch, Ryoiichi aimed at the hero in front of him and said hero prepared to dodge the others who were focused on the gun but didn't realize the seven droplets of rain that were frozen In place that took the shapes of bullets as there were eight heroes Ryoiichi found it amusing as even heroes like them feared the power of a bullet.

The Bullet and the raindrops sped towards their targets all seven raindrops shooting every hero in either their stomach or chest while the real bullet landed directly at the heart of the unfortunate hero.

Catch the Rainbow allows its user to utilize or manipulate rain in various unusual ways.

The most basic ability of Catch the Rainbow is to stop raindrops in their tracks and make them float in mid-air becoming solid enough for Ryoiichi to step on them!, they are even strong enough to tear through flesh. if Ryoiichi focuses hard enough he can even become part of the rain and pass through attacks!

Those who saw this seen began running away in fear of their life while Ryoiichi only hid his gun away and began skipping on rain drops walking towards his next destination, an abandoned factory to meet with his next employer but unlike the other times this time he was excited since as soon as he killed his earlier target the blank screen that he had always seen ever since his reincarnation finally showed a change

Something short and simple he didn't even question it as he made his way to his destination he had to stop near an alley since the rain was clearing and with a quick check to see if anyone could see him or if any cameras were present he took off his trench coat and made it inside out but strangely it looked the same but instead of being pure black it was now red when he did so he allowed his 𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘬𝘴 and the mask on his face slowly disappeared revealing a face and hairstyle similar to that of Dio Brando he then walked out the alley and began acting like he was a normal citizen.

"A very convenient piece of clothing indeed."
