I had never thought that I would get an increase in my bounty after my clash with the Marine captain Smoker back in the pole star Island. Although it increased only two million berries, 22 million berries is definitely bigger than 20 million berries.

Since my broker in the logue town had tried to betray me and the new Marine captain must have a bone to pick with me, as the smart girl, I decided to close all of my business in logue town and stay the hell away from the pole star Island.

December passed away as the year 1522 finally arrived. With the new year, I slowly started to transfer some of my businesses into capable hands. I was no saint. I was handling multiple illegal businesses in order to acquire money. My main business was reselling expensive stolen goods to rich people. Stealing from the nobles and selling them back, made me a lot of profit. As long as the product is from any noble or pirates I accepted and smuggled them all across the east blue.

Apart from this business I also dealt with drugs. Apart from expensive medicines, drugs were considered as a luxury product by the nobles and rich peoples. But considering that it's availability was very low and the world government imposes a lot of taxes on different types of sedatives and painkiller drugs most of the less wealthy nobles in different Kingdoms liked to use smuggled drugs. And I was the best smuggler in the east blue.

I know that it was not something to be proud of. But considering that I was a criminal, one more crime on my records was not going to affect me that much. These were the main two businesses from which I used to earn money.

There were other things that I used to look over. For example finishing pirate crews who were meddling with others' businesses. This work didn't provide a stable earning, but it was very profitable depending on whom I was targeting.

One of the prime examples of this was the crew of Don Krieg. The bastard was fucking with my shipments. According to the information I had collected on Krieg, the guy had started his career as a fraud. He used to wear marine uniforms and instigate fake arrests with his lakey. When the people used to get really terrified, they would give him a lot of money as a bribe in order to free themselves.

Later he started his career as a pirate when he got enough people under his banner. Before Gin joined his crew, most of the time he was using tricks to fool others.

His fame rose, when he disguised his ship as a Marine ship and got close to a Marine base and bombarded it with large canons, effectively destroying it.

Don Krieg was a menace for both civilians and pirates alike.

But when he targeted my shipments multiple times in a row, I had no other choice but to take him out.

The second business was not exactly my business. While constructing my base inside the devil's maw, I accidentally rescued a prostitute named Mana from the marines. After rescuing her, she admitted to have accidentally killed a local noble and was looking for shelter. After I learnt that she was a prostitute, I was about to leave her alone. But then she offered me a lot of money in order to safely rescue her from that Island. One thing led to another and I took the role of the bodyguard in her whore house. In short, in exchange for keeping her business out of trouble, she pays me money in regular intervals.

The amount was not much compared to what I get from my other businesses. But at least I was getting it for little to no work.

Luffy would set sail during this year. Since Portgas D Ace appeared during April exactly 3 years ago, I was expecting Luffy to follow the same timeline. But since I was not 100 percent sure, I decided to take care of my other businesses early.

And it was the right decision. Because, soon I was being chased by Smoker all around the east blue. I had no idea that the guy would take that one bullet so seriously. Obviously I could always get away from him using my navigational skills. But it was quite annoying. He was relentless with his chase. And I had to go incognito in order to keep him off my trails.

During this time, I visited different places in the east blue and was constantly on move. From Barratie, the floating sea restaurant to the island of lost animals.

My visit to Barratie was short. I was there for a meal and unfortunately the restaurant was not short on staff. So I couldn't meet the perverted Mr Prince who was in the kitchen. After Barratie and the island of lost animals, I went to stay in orange town. It was a peaceful town without the presence of Buggy the clown.

From Buggy the clown, I found the first major deviation of this world. Buggy the Clown was actually a female. I had dismissed the possibility years ago when I first saw her bounty poster. But recently her bounty increased for some reason and reached 29 million berries, surpassing mine. It gives him a little corner spot in the newspaper. And I finally saw the full body view of Buggy the clown. The picture was not clear. But her womanly curves were evident in her picture. But that's not the most shocking thing. His updated bounty poster was even more shocking. Because this time she was not wearing the hideous paints on her face like her previous bounty poster. And even with her red nose, she was quite beautiful.

After staying in the orange town for a week, I decided to visit Shell's town before going to my final destination, the Foosha village in the Romance Dawn Island.

But after reaching the Shell's town, I got a pleasant surprise.
