>>Nena
“Gurl, avoiding him won’t take you anywhere.” Nathan was giving me a lecture while I had my head down on the round table outside the canteen. It was like our spot where we discussed plans, “You’ve been avoiding him for two days now. The festival is in two weeks!”
“My heart won’t let me see him.” I stared into space.
“Oh God!” Nathan sighed, “Come on Nena!” He looked at the clock on his phone, “I have a class so I have to go.” Chris and Sam didn’t make it to our ‘get me and Quincy together’ discussion plan since they had consecutive classes, “Listen,” Nathan sat down next to me, “You want him to be yours right?”
I nodded my head while my face was still on the table, “Yea…” I could feel the dust on the surface get smouldered on my cheek.
“Then it’s not the time to mope.” He grabbed my ear, “This happens every now and then, he has to feed, he’s a vampire,” He got me to sit up.
