The king looked at Alister and I followed his gaze. Alister hesitated a little, then sighed, “It happened two hundred years ago,” He started a story, “Two hundred years back humans were still thinking of us as monsters.” He nodded sadly, “And Quincey grew fond of a human that once helped him but that same human killed herself when she found out what she got caught up in.”

“What?” I shook my head, “What happened?”

The two royal bloods looked at each other, “Let me tell you a short story about how Quincey grew a little distant from relationships.” Alister gestured to Luci to do something and Luci left while Alister came and sat down in front of me.

“Are you alright?” He asked me.
