Alice stood up and grabbed Dena's hand roughly and shook it.

"Why are you doing all this, Dena? What did I do wrong to you? Didn't you take enough of my parents and family from me? And now you're trying to spoil my life again with all your lies?!"

Dena was about to reply and throw her hand from Alice's grip, but the corner of her eye saw Alden who had just entered from behind the door quietly and had not realized that Alice was there.

"Alice, if you want to blame someone, blame me not Alden! He doesn't know anything about what happened that night!"

Dean's expression changed instantly. To make Alice surprised. And when Alice was off guard, Dena dropped herself onto the sofa behind Alice. It was as if Alice had pushed her.

"Alice! What are you doing?!" Alden's voice was heard snapping at Alice when he saw Dena's body slamming hard onto the sofa.

"Are you all right, Dean?" Alden asked Dena who had turned around quickly and hugged Alden's chest.

"I'm fine. Thanks for asking. And I'm sorry for making Alice angry. I just want to tell the truth, if the baby in Alice's womb is not yours!" said Dena full of appreciation, while crying tears of joy in Alden's arms.

"I swear to anything. I didn't push her, Dena threw herself on the sofa!" Alice defended herself. However, Alden just stared at Dena who looked very sad.

"Calm down, this time let me explain to Alice," said Alden to Dena.

Alden straightened his position until he stood perfectly. Alden stepped closer to Alice who was silent staring at Alden's face.

The longing that makes her a weak woman. Unknowingly, Alice spread her arms and was about to hug her lover, Alden.

"Dena and I are looking for you and we found you the next day at the hotel in disgrace. Me, I just want to die. Seeing my lover sleeping naked in the same hotel where you had your school farewell,"

Alden looked disappointedly at Alice.

Alice's face grew even paler, hearing the truth from Alden's mouth.
