Chapter 4

The solidified essence around Neiveil slowly broke apart. Out of it emerged a Neiveil but only Adoneous could recognise him due to their mental connection. In reality, Neiveil had actually changed a lot.

His once short body had elongated like a serpent's, his teeth from his upper jaw elongated and slid down his closed mouth. Neiveil's eyes which were black and unattractive, had developed a unique purple sheen. Two small dents threatened to break out of his forehead and small white barbs ran down his spine all the way to the very tip of his tail. Two small mustaches grew out of his elongated jaws. To Adoneous, it truly looked like an infant dragon.

However, Neiveil had yet to comprehend any laws. Thus he was unable to fly or swim, but merely slid and hook onto Adoneous's arm. Yet Adoneous was as proud as a father watching his son take his first steps.

"You have done well Neiveil. Now rest. "

Nodding in agreement, he slowly slid towards Adoneous's arm and taking advantage of his long body and sharp talons, hooked onto his arm and rested his head on Adoneous's shoulder.

"Now it is time to start my cultivation. "

Adoneous was well aware that his body was unable to sense the essence of nature. However that did not mean he could not cultivate his spirit and soul. As it did not depend on the essence of nature. However before he could start, the bus came to a screeching halt.
