His ship docked quickly at the familiar port, he quickly exited the ship. A few startled reactions followed the teenager as he walked towards his home in the distance.
The castle was just as he remembered it, absolutely beautiful.
He entered through the main entrance, he walked past familiar and unfamiliar guards & servants that he made sure to greet.
His eyes eagerly absorbed the hallways of the castle as he made his way to his family's private hall. Basically a small room the family would usually spend any days in when they weren't working or in Thors case training.
He entered with the activation of a small rune that sampled his magic to make sure he was not a foreign intruder in the family's area.
The first thing he noticed was his smiling father who clearly heard about his arrival already, the man had a soft smile on his face as his eyes roamed over his youngest.
"Aerion" the man said proudly "How were your travels" his eyes briefly paused on the new forearm braces with curiosity.
"Father, they were great" he admitted "But I must ask for a favour, I have a friend coming" he explained.
Odin's eye narrowed, something about the way his son said friend sounded…off. "Friend?" He asked carefully.
"Aye, well…we had a battle then became friends. It's a brilliant story, but they are a dragon." Aerion said to Odins shock "And I am afraid-"
"Afraid that Thor might attack on sight?" Odin asked as Aerion nodded in relief that his point got across.
"Brother!" The familiar voice echoed around the room as Aerion suddenly couldn't breath as an arm as thick as tree trunks suddenly wrapped around his shoulders painfully tight. "You had a battle with a Dragon! Tell me more" Thor boisterously shouted.
Aerion felt like grinning but seriously couldn't breathe so he had to wait for Thor to loosen his grip a slight bit, which he did…eventually.
Aerion took in a deep breath of air as the grip finally loosened and glared at his fathers smirking face. "Thor, good to see you brother!" Aerion replied back eagerly but also while rubbing his sure to be bruised shoulder.
Aye! Great to see you but…you fought a dragon?" Thor prompted which hit Aerion to start telling the story instantly.
Once the rather lengthy story was about halfway through Loki and his Mother walked through the door, so he had his reunion with both, sat down and restarted his tale.
Thor laughed once the tale was done "Brilliant! We will have to see you use that final attack one day!" Thor shouted as he thought of his little brother fighting dragons. "If only I could have been there" he said wistfully as he would have loved to watch this fight.
"To think you're now friends with a dragon" Loki muttered to himself as he thought about it and the sheer power the friendship could hold.
"And learning from it" his mother added on as she stared at her son incredulously.
"I uh, well I'm pretty sure it's a she" Aerion carelessly mentioned not realising the potential ramifications of his words.
Thor laughed once more "Ah she-dragons, once one tried to seduce me!" He boasted, ignoring the sigh Odin released "She succeeded too" he said as he laughed uproariously at the look of disgust on their fathers face.
"Thor! Don't be so uncouth" Their mother said and Thor quieted down as Aerion snorted at the look on his fathers face.

Aerion stood in a large clearing on the highest mountain on Asgard as he kept an eye out for Lansseax, according to the charm he placed on her she should be here any minute now.
The familiar sound of lightning announced her presence as the dragon gracefully glided through the clouds, over the forests and landed with a thud and crash as her claws dug into the ground below with a tearing screech.
After a few seconds the dust surrounding the dragon's form dropped and revealed the she-dragon in all her might.
Lansseax stared at the trees and seas covering this part of Asgard in wonder. "Your home is…"
"Colourful?" Aerion spoke up as he eyed the surrounding landscape, he had truly missed Asgard.
"Yes, beautiful, colourful and it smells amazing" Lansseax said as her eyes remained glued to a large sea creature jumping from the seas of Asgard.
A moment of silence followed of which Aerion used to further admire his home planet before turning to the dragon. "I thought on your teaching offer, not to be blunt but you're a dragon, why do you need help with fire?" He asked.
It had been bothering him on the entire journey back.
Lansseax shuffled on her fours legs awkwardly until she had found a place to lie down comfortably. "My control over fire is simply put…abysmal, whereas lightning is simple for me" she confessed.
Aerion nodded, he guessed that made some form of sense. "I'm afraid I'm not a great teacher" he confessed to the dragon.
Lansseax's eyes slid over to the standing figure "If it's any consolation, I'm a great one" she said.
"No, that's uh not really consolation at all…thanks though" he said as he chuckled lightly and turned to the dragon. "But alas no time like now, how do you summon your fire? For me-"
The lesson went one for hours on the basics of fire manipulation, Lansseax knew nothing about fire other than it was hot so it took a while to figure out but they eventually got to the point where she could easily control the temperature of her flames now.
It's not always on full blast anymore.
Which isn't really practical for fights at all, but vital if one wants to gain control over fire.
When his lesson ended and hers began the difference between the teaching was night and day, where he had to repeat statements and worded them differently each time to try to make them sound more understandable.
She simply had his attention from the start, her statements understandable and it only took 30 odd minutes for him to be able to cast a small, weak and fairly useless bright yellow lightning bolt but it was progress nonetheless.
She seemed surprised when he actually cast the bright magic and quickly explained why at his own confusion. "For those learning Dragon communion spells it usually takes non dragons to eat a dragon heart or something similar to even activate the magic needed to cast the spells" the idea of eating a raw dragon heart was rather off putting, so he is glad he hasn't yet needed to do that.
"I am a God?" He half asked half answered.
"Well yes, but you will still more than likely have to eat dragons hearts to learn the more advanced magic" Lansseax confessed as she then moved on to the theory part of the lesson.
