Zai heard the woman Rui was talking to say this as she approached. She'd felt the movement of the Third Ascendant of Lightning, and had decided to approach in case Rui had gotten herself into some situation.
"Is there a problem here?" Zai asked in Canthic as soon as she arrived.
The Third Lightning glared at her, before snapping at the guards to "Keep her moving."
They hurried to obey, shoving at the woman but, Zai noted, not putting any muscle into it. They were afraid of her.
Morlock still stood where he was, so Zai took the opportunity for some verbal sparring. "If this is how you treat those that fight for you, I wonder at the treatment your allies must suffer," she said, not even bothering to look at Morlock as she watched the woman's back.
