One year ago, after conquering Grandline and becoming the Pirate King, the Roger Pirate group mysteriously disbanded. And one month ago, word got out that the marine had captured Roger. The afterword of Roger's execution schedule spread, Shiki attacked the Marine Headquarters and ended with half of Marineford leveled and Shiki sent to Impel Down. Somehow it happened, but the marine let anyone who came to Loguetown want to see Roger's execution process, whoever their identity was, on condition not to cause trouble at Loguetown.

Since morning the town square of Loguetown has been crowded with people who want to watch the execution process of the pirate king, Gol D Roger. Arthur and Maria did not have to jostle because their hotel room on the top floor had a veranda facing right toward the tower where the execution would be carried out. Olvia who since the night could not leave because Maria also joined Arthur on the veranda to watch the execution process. Olvia and her team took the time to come because they were curious about how Gol D Roger was caught after finishing conquering the grand line.

Maria: "The boy Roger looks very old with his mustache."

Olvia: "Eh, Maria, do you know Gol D Roger?"

Arthur: "Mother was a former pirate, and once said that she met Gol D Roger when Roger was a beginner pirate."

Arthur: "I don't know, hehehe."

Olvia: "Don't joke with me, after all, it seems like you also know a lot about the pirate group Roger."

Maria: "Arthur is like a Roger fan, he always asks Sebas to find out the latest news about Roger."

The sun was getting high and the audience was getting impatient. In a crowd of people was seen Buggy, Shanks, Monkey D. Dragon, Donquixote Doflamingo, Crocodile, Dracule Mihawk and more peoples have also come to witness the execution. The crowd in the square was divided to give way to Roger's walk to execute tower. During the walk, Roger was seen walking bravely without fear in his eyes. The handcuffs on his feet and hands rang every step Roger took. Nobody voiced while seeing Roger walking to the tower where he was about to be executed. When he got to the top of the tower, the sun was directly above his head.

Executioner: "Do you have any last words?"

Roger: "Can you take this off, it's chafing me." Roger's answer showed the handcuffs in his hands.

Executioner: "I can't do that."

Roger: "Why would I run away now? Hmm, that's a little saddening." Roger continued his steps to the middle of the tower and sat cross-legged facing the audience.

Roger: "Well, go ahead and finish this." He said smiling facing the spear blade that would be used to execute him.

This is where a resident asks Roger's treasure as a sign of the era of pirates. But after waiting for a while, Arthur did not hear anyone scream. He began to feel panicked, where is that person. He was afraid that if no one asked then the new era would not begin.

Arthur: "Why isn't anyone screaming?"

???: "What do you say?"

Arthur: "The cry of a new era begins." But after waiting for a while, Arthur still didn't hear anyone screaming to make him stand and step to the edge of the veranda.

Arthur: "HEY! PIRATE KING!" Arthur shouted to attract all the attention when Roger looked at Arthur, he was a little surprised to see someone very familiar sitting at the veranda with the boy who called him.

Arthur: "What did you do with all your treasure? It's somewhere on the Grand Line, isn't it?"

Arthur: "You have it, didn't you? The greatest treasure in the world?" This time Arthur's words caught all the attention.

Hangman: "Insolent! Hold your tongue!" The executioner shouted to stop Arthur.

Arthur: "Your one special treasure, ONE PIECE !?"

Hearing all Arthur's questions, Roger finally laughed out loud. He wants to leave something but doesn't know what it is. Because he wants his legacy to last forever and be able to settle his unfinished business. He entrusted it to his vice-captain, but hearing the white-haired boy's question he began to think of something.

Roger: "HAHAHAHAHA..." This time Roger's laughter attracted all the attention.

Roger: "My treasure?"

Executioner: "All right, that's enough." Two executioners took positions with their spears ready to pierce Roger's heart.

Roger: "If you want it, I will let you have it. Go look for it, I left all of it at that place!" The executioners were impatient and pierced Roger's body.

Executioner: "EXECUTION"

The spear was embedded in Roger's heart, but the smile on Roger's face did not disappear. Blood began to drip on the floor of the tower where Roger was executed. Hearing Roger's answer, Arthur gave a broad, satisfied smile. All who witnessed this process of execution, their mouths opened wide. A temporary silence engulfed the town square, after a while, everyone screamed and laughed out loud. It was a time when the mark began, the beginning of the great age of pirates. Arthur sat back in his chair and drank his tea which had begun to cool, everything on the veranda looked at Arthur.

Arthur: "Is something wrong?"

???: "Thank you."

Arthur: "Why do you thank me, vice-captain of the 'Roger' pirate group, the "Dark King" Silvers Rayleigh?"
