Everything is rushed to the utmost extreme, whether it be the MC's 2/3 chapter stay at the dxd world before yeeting himself off to the Tokyo ghoul world, or it's the character interactions and plot. Truthfully, dxd shouldn't even be in the title right now, as it's already turned into a fleeting memory in the eyes of the reader. (They might improve and actually focus on the dxd world later on, but as of writing this they simply neglected it. It's almost as if the author used the dxd in the title as a buzzword because he knew it would get results.) The writing style alone is off putting. This isn't wattpad, stop formatting your story like its a terrible script. It's not even consistent, which only makes it worse. Multiple instances of grammar missing, words at the start of paragraphs and sentences are lacking capitalization. There are a plethora of other issues too, but that's all I care to remember before the PTSD flashbacks kick in... The characters and their interactions are just plain terrible. The preexisting characters like Great Red, Eto, and Touka are nothing like their Canon counterparts. It's like the author decided to write a harem of mindless drones instead of actual characters. Great Red, a dragon god older than creation itself with a prideful demeanor and delinquent streak a mile long, was turned into a blushing mess by something they've known for all of 1 singular minute. The 'genius' Gary stu MC then challenged the highest possible entity on the food chain in the dxd world aka Great Red to a duel. The prize? He would take her as his mate... If that wasn't a red flag, I don't know what else could possibly qualify. This wasn't even 10 chapters in and this nonsense popped up! The author decides to promptly world hop to TG. One would expect he would write about the world, and it's events/characters, in some sort of good detail, right? WRONG!! It's ridden with timeskips and half-*ssed summaries about what happens. The characters maybe, MAYBE, have 20~ or so sets of dialogue, and that's only for the main two or Eto and the MC... Update frequency? I didn't bother to check, but I assume it isn't hard to pump these types of chapters out like it's nothing.
