Six

(Morning rises, under the camp deep in the forest as Kelvin woke up seeing Lash awake already with thoughts in her mind facing the bright sun outside the camp).

Kelvin:(Stood up as he goes near to Lash) How was your night?

Lash: Sleepless

Kelvin: Whats the matter? What are you thinking of?

Lash: I have this feeling, the hawk is coming back to get me.

Kelvin: No, the explorers are already after it and I am sure they would have it captured.

Lash: That hawk is huge, once he opens his mouth it swallows any being he sees.

Kelvin: Why does the hawk wants to kill you?

Lash: The hawk killed my parents. Now it's after me to get my gift which is speed.

Kelvin: Now I get it, you got a very mighty gift.

Lash: Let's leave this place.

Kelvin: Common, we're safe here. The hawk can't... (Behold the hawk wandering up the sky under the camp) Oh my goodness, this is not happening! (He was about taking his gun as Lash took him).

Lash: I don't think a bullet can kill the hawk. (She hold Kelvin as she ran. The hawk sighted them and ran after them. As Lash was running so fast causing more deep footprints, they come across Jude and his men)

Jude:(Looking at Lash down to her big foot) Whoa! (His men ran away the moment they looked at the foot of Lash)

Kelvin: Jude, I know it's your job. The hawk belongs to you, leave this to me.

Jude:(Gradually bringing his gun out) Oh no, I need to show boss the creature. (Jude shot a bullet at Lash as Kelvin became so angry)

Kelvin: Jude how could you? (He ran to hold Lash who is lying on the ground) Lash please get up let's go.

Lash:(Weak voice) You have done your best. I'm destined to die I guess.

Kelvin: No don't say that, you have a mighty gift and you are destined for greatness.

Lash: I'm sorry, I can't make it.

Jude: Step aside, let me do my job. (Kelvin pushes him away as the hawk approaches screeching so loud. Jude took his gun as he shoot at the hawk. Lash died as Kelvin came up with an idea. He injected poison into Lash body as he ran to hide. The hawk opened his mouth as he swallowed both Lash body and Jude. The hawk gulped as he turns to fly away. The poison in Lash was so effective, the hawk fell dead to the ground as the whole town rumbled).

Herbert:(In his office so scared) What the heck is all this sounds. (He went outside and behold he saw Kelvin with the dead hawk coming toward him). Ah! You caught the hawk? How is this possible?

Kelvin:(Comes up to Herbert) Sir, here is the hawk you seek. In there you will see my new discovery and Jude inside the stomach of the hawk.

Herbert:(Gasp) Jude? (The hawk was too big to enter the building, the experiment was done outside as everyone around came to watch. The hawk stomach was Bisected as Jude and Lash seen dead. What marvel the people is the huge foot of Lash) Oh man! Where did you find that?

Kelvin: A little history for another day. I need to go home. I'm done with exploring. (He left leaving every one so confused as light fades).
