"Oh my, look at what we have here." Kisame grinned, as he put his hand on Samehada, "If it isn't the White hunter Captain Smoker. Was the East blue too small for a man like you?"

They were at a face off, and Smoker didn't seem bothered by the blue man's words, and just bite on his cigar.

"Looking at your hostile reply you are indeed pirate scum."

"Think what you must, but samehada here is looking for a good fight... Let's see how the white hunter likes to be hunted instead."

Kisame had already gripped samehada in his hands, and on an exchange of eye contact, he and Smoker charged at each other.

Clang–!

Their first clash was able to awaken Kisame's fighting spirit, and grinned further, "It looks like the White Hunter isn't all talk. You are quite impressive for a weakling, if I must say."

"You talk a lot for pirate scum."

Smoker took his jittle, and when the shark man tried to charge at him again, he turned into smoke, and strangled him from behind.

"It looks like you don't have much experience fighting Devil fruit user's."

"So this is a logia type devil fruit, fascinating... it almost looks similar to a substitution jutsu, but however you are up against me."

Kisame's hands were far away from each other, and Smoker had his jittle at the back of his neck to stop him from using his devil fruit, but the White hunter had it wrong.

Gritting his teeth, Kisame used the power of his physical body alone to break from Smoker's binding, and the Marine Captain was left shocked by this, as he was pushed a few inches back.

"You shouldn't be surprised yet, there is more were that came from. Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave!"

"What?! Water?!"

Smoker was shocked to the last bone, and he fell victim to Kisame's jutsu. He didn't know a way to protect himself from water, since all devil fruits are weak to seawater.

An explosion sound rang, and Tashigi who was swinging her sword at Itachi shouted, "Captain Smoker!!"

"You don't have time to be worried about him."

"Ah– ahh!"

Tashigi suddenly found her face being kicked by the back of the foot by Itachi. She crushed over to the board, and the other Marines were worried.

"Sergeant Major Tashiga!! Are you okay!!"

The young lady coughed up blood, as she struggled to get up. All her movements were blocked with only a kunai, and it made her fill mocked a bit.

"Stay back!!" She roared back at the other Marines who wanted to charge at the man with weird red eyes, "I am fine!! You will be only getting in the way!!"

"... But Sergeant Major!!"

"Tashigi is right." Smoker who looked buttered, had gained some space away from Kisame, "These guys aren't your ordinary pirate scam."

He intensely glared at Marines, "You lot will be only getting in the way."

"Captain!!" The marines shouted, as they rushed out of the Scorpio heading towards their Navy ship.

"Cowards." Smoker commented with a smile.

"I am fluttered." Kisame said, "Sacrificing yourself for your man.... what a stupid thing to do."

"Kisame be careful of that man."

"This situation looks familiar, don't you think so Itachi? Like that time we entered the leaf together."

"Kisame we are the ones being attacked."

Smoker didn't pay attention about the conversation between the two, and looked at the female beside him.

"Are you okay Tashigi?"

"I am fine Captain Smoker, Sir!!"

"It's high time I get serious."

Kisame had heard this part, and smiled as he played with samehada.

"Oh my, I am hurt. You were not serious before, but if that's the case let's take this somewhere. I can't let our only ride take damage...I heard that a ship is the heart of every pirate crew."

"Where do you want to fight then, pirate scum?" Smoker asked.

Hoshigaki left of the Scorpio and landed on top of the sea, "Right here."

"He is.... walking on water."

The White Hunter was amazingly shocked, Devil fruit users were supposed to be weak to seawater. The Marines in the other ship had their jaws almost touching the ground, even fishman couldn't do such a thing.

"Don't tell me that the infamous White Hunter Captain Smoker is afraid of a little water." Kisame said in a mocking tone, "Are you actually a coward that runs away from tough fights~"

Smoker had a scowl on his face, and really wanted to punch Kisame in the face, but calmed down as he thought of what was going to happen to Tashigi if left alone with Itachi.

"Just who the hell are you two?"

"I am Itachi Uchiha an aspiring Emperor." The reply was nonchalant and lacked any emotion.

"I am Kisame Hoshigaki... His right-hand man."

"I see." Smoker turned around, "We are going Tashigi. Next time you two won't be so lucky."

"You are running away? I, am disappointed White Hunter."

"Kisame let them go." Itachi walked over to a chair.

Smoker and Tashigi went back to their ship, while Kisame jumped over to the Scorpio.

"Why did you spare them Itachi?"

"You are sweating..."

"!"

Kisame was never the one to sweat so easily, even the little act of standing on water, had taken a lot of the little chakra he had.

Kisame was about to store away Samehada when he noticed Itachi's eyes returning to normal.

"You had the Mangekyō sharingan activated, yet you are not bleeding?"

Itachi didn't answer and looked at the white screen before him, he had already confirmed that Kisame can't see it.
