Saying Goodbye (Last Chapter)

It only took a moment for Cain to make the changes to the Cullens after he finished with the explanations. "Cain took me to the Wynn for lunch today it was great they had so many different delicious things to choose from and I could eat all I wanted. I sure Cain would take us tomorrow for dinner so you can try a lot of different thing." Said Alice volunteering Cain as a super taxi.

Cain just sighed he didn't mind it just he was scared for the Wynn. Alice alone had them struggling to keep the buffet stocked on food but now he was going to be bringing 7 more vampires that haven't had human food in decades. Cain needed to think of a solution for them before they dragged the Wynn buffet to close permanently.

"I don't mind taking y'all tomorrow but it can't a normal thing or we would probably put them out of business." Cain's words confused them but Alice just nodded having been told to wait several times for food that day because they were still cooking. As a temporary solution Cain made their fridge automatically restock when closed filling with basic options for meat and vegetables so they always had large quantities.

Although they could use normal food as a replacement for blood in it's entirety normal food wasn't as efficient causing them to need a astronomical amount of it to fill them. They could eat small quantities for enjoyment and supplement it with blood but it was ok to splurge from time to time. Looking at Alice for a minute then to the rest of the Cullens Cain spoke. "Ana is also learning to cook of anyone wants to join."

His offer excited the girls some knew how to cook a little from their lives as humans but were more than a little rusty after all the years. After giving them a few warnings about being safe with their *cough* activities and to let him know if he needed to help them with the results he and Alice went back to his house in his car. Leaving a brooding Edward as the girls dragged the boys to their rooms quickly after they left.

Alice wanted to spend the night at his house and get to know Ana better. Upon arriving home Alice practically tackled while bringing her inside to talk about the date. Ana having been a Goddess was still not use to how much energy Alice seemed to have. She has never been swept up into someone else's pacing and alway gone at her own.

By the time Alice was already inside with Ana Cain was still outside walking back from the garage. As he headed back Twig landed on his shoulder and spoke. "You are probably going to ascend soon aren't you." This stunned Cain with its suddenness but he still nodded. "I ended up swept up in my own pacing and running this world from what it was supposed be so easily. But I don't regret it, I have Alice now."

Cain looked warmly to the house thinking that even though he messed up the whole world by doing so he would still do it all again to be with Alice. "Although I could of done it better I couldn't help myself. When I meet her I wanted to be with her as soon as possible."

Twig looked as his brother warmly as he spoke. "I'm happy you finally have the family you deserve. But seeing you I've come to a decision I'm going to go see my mother. I want to spend some time with the rest of my species. I want to see if I could find my own happiness as you have done."

Cain was saddened by Twig's words but fully understood patting Twig he said. "I'm going to miss you dearly. You better come find me again or I'm going to hunt you down for sport. I hope you the best of luck in your search." As Cain finished he had tears in his eyes not wanting to say goodbye to the one who was beside him all his life.

Although Twig was annoying a lot of the time but Cain enjoyed it. He was always honest with Cain and tried to help him no mater what. When Cain was bullied Twig would attack them. When Cain was sad he would be there to talk to. Even though Cain knew it was for his future he didn't want him to leave. But he had to if he kept him here he would be watching him flirt with his girls while Twig was alone. Even if he wanted his friend to stay he wouldn't make him.

Walking inside so Twig could say goodbye to the girls only to be greeted by a angry Ana. Ana had just learned what all happened from Alice and was going to make a fuss however seeing Cain with tears in his eyes stopped her. "Twig is leaving to see his family." Although Cain was sad Ana and Alice couldn't help but feel happy. Twig not being here means they got to be alone more without interference.

But knowing that Cain would miss Twig dearly they kept a straight face. "I'm sorry to hear that I hope you will come home soon Twig." Said Ana followed closely by Alice. "Have fun Sir. Twig I hope we meet again soon." Although their words seemed nice Twig could tell they were excited while Cain was to saddened to notice and just repeated his earlier words again.
