Chapter 2

Kyle woke up in his small, dingy apartment, feeling the excitement of a new day in the dragon ball rpg multiverse. He quickly checked his daily missions list, eager to see what challenges awaited him. As a saiyan warrior, Kyle knew that the more fighters he defeated, the more level ups he would gain, along with credits to buy new power ups, forms, and techniques.

He had been stuck at level 1 for a while now, with only 100 points left until he could reach level 2. Determined to level up, Kyle decided to take on his first daily mission. It read: 'Challenge another fighter and earn 100 EXP and 200 credits.' This was the perfect opportunity for Kyle to gain the points he needed to level up.

Excited and ready for action, Kyle left his apartment and stepped out into the hub world of earth. The sky was a bright blue, with fluffy white clouds floating lazily above. The streets were bustling with other fighters, all on their own missions and quests. Kyle made his way through the busy streets, passing by various shops and cities, until he finally arrived at the designated location for his mission.

As he looked around, Kyle spotted a human fighter named Carl. He was a level 2 fighter, with a power pole strapped to his back and a confident smirk on his face. Kyle knew that this was going to be a tough fight, but he was determined to win.

'Hey Carl,' Kyle called out, approaching the other fighter. 'I challenge you to a fight.'

Carl chuckled, sizing up Kyle with a critical eye. 'You're just a level 1 fighter, kid. You don't stand a chance against me.'

Kyle grinned, his saiyan pride kicking in. 'We'll see about that.'

The two fighters took their stances, ready to battle it out. Kyle could feel his heart racing with excitement as he prepared to use his full power energy blast. He knew that this move would drain a lot of his energy, but he was willing to take the risk.

Without warning, Carl charged at Kyle, swinging his power pole with incredible speed. Kyle dodged and weaved, using his agility to avoid the attacks. He then countered with a swift kick to Carl's stomach, followed by a punch to his face.

Carl stumbled back, but quickly recovered and launched a powerful energy blast towards Kyle. Kyle countered with his own energy blast, the two beams colliding in a spectacular display of power. The force of the impact caused a shockwave, sending both fighters flying back.

As they landed back on their feet, Kyle could feel his energy draining. He knew he had to end this fight quickly before he ran out of power. He decided to use his kaio-ken x2 technique, which would double his strength and speed for a short period of time.

With a fierce battle cry, Kyle activated his kaio-ken and charged at Carl with renewed energy. He was moving so fast that Carl could barely keep up. Kyle landed a series of powerful punches and kicks, each one fueled by his kaio-ken.

But Carl was not one to be underestimated. He activated his own kaio-ken, multiplying his strength by 10. The two fighters were now evenly matched, their fists and feet colliding in a flurry of blows.

As the battle raged on, Kyle could feel his energy draining rapidly. He knew he had to end this soon or risk losing the fight. With one final burst of energy, he unleashed his full power energy blast towards Carl.

The blast hit Carl with full force, sending him flying backwards and crashing into a nearby building. Kyle stood panting, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. He had won the fight, but just barely.

As he looked over at Carl, he could see that the other fighter was struggling to get back up. Kyle knew that he had to finish this quickly before Carl could recover. He charged at Carl, his fist glowing with energy as he prepared to deliver the final blow.

But before he could land the punch, Carl held up his hand in surrender. 'Alright, you win,' he said, panting heavily. 'I underestimated you, kid. You're a strong fighter.'

Kyle couldn't help but smile, feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment. He had not only won the fight, but he had also gained 100 EXP and 200 credits, enough to level up and buy new items from the store.

As the credits spawned into his inventory, Kyle made his way back to the store. He was excited to see what new items he could buy with his hard-earned credits. After browsing through the various shops, he finally settled on a blue and black Gi, along with a sword and sheath that he could strap to his belt.

Feeling satisfied with his purchases, Kyle made his way back to his apartment. As he entered, he could see that his level had indeed increased to level 2. He now had 300 EXP until his next level.
