High in the sky, Vox and Dragon sat atop Heli and drank a bottle of rum each.

"What is this business proposition you want to offer." Dragon looked Vox in the eyes.

"An Alliance." Vox drank his rum.

"And why would the head of the Skaarf Family, Vox D. Skaarf himself come to see an alliance when all the messengers of the revolutionary Army were sent back." Dragon similarly drank from the bottle in his hand like it was the best drink in the world, which it was.

"Why would I accept anyone into my Family that is not sincere enough to come personally, you see, I came here personally to show my sincerity." Vox sneered at his reasoning, Many of Dragons underlings came for business, but why would he accept them? they did not even send a high ranking member!

"Anyway, could you first enlighten me about something." Vox finished his bottle and took out another one.

"What?" Similarly finished his bottle and reached his hand out.

"What is the point of the Revolutionary Army? Like, all you do is bring dead wherever you go getting rid of order and setting it in chaos. For what purpose?" Vox gave him the bottle while looking him in the eyes, he never understood the way the Revolutionary behaved.

"If you don't even know our purpose, you don't seem to be sincere." Dragon squinted his eyes at him.

"Which is why I am asking, I am sure you wouldn't mind talking about it." Vox waved his hands helplessly, he was asking about it now, wasn't he?

"To overthrow the world government." Dragon proudly claimed.

"Now, how does overthrowing the World Government have anything you do with destroying kingdoms? You see, the World Government, for all I know, at least has 5 more people on Fleet Admiral level if not stronger. Why would some small fries help in fighting them?" Vox rolled his eyes at him, this man is a lunatic alright, can expect nothing less from the Monkey family.

"Even a mighty beast will fall if many ants attack it." Dragon held his hand out once again as he finished his second bottle of rum.

"And that is why you are never gonna succeed! You plan to use quantity over quality. No matter how many ants you have, a single breath of the beast will blow them all away." Vox threw a bottle at him, which dragon caught easily. Ignoring Vox's remark. Vox, on the other hand, was speechless apparent lack of humanity. To send that many people to their death, even he would not do that. Instead, he will let the elites deal with the elites and elites with normal fighters.

"So what are your deal." Dragon ignored his expression and started gulping down the bottle of rum.

"You and all of the top-ranking officers are to join me in the final battle against the World Government. In return, I will provide the Revolutionary with funds." Vox put his deal forward, the whole point to even bother with the Revolutionary Army, is the elites there. He cares little for the other fighters. And he needed someone like Dragon to fight with him when the time is ripe.

"That's it?" Dragon looked at him with dull eyes, if there ever was a major fight against the World Government, he would be the first to join in.

"Oh hell no, I will allow your recruits passage into Hope Island to train there under my teachers. In return, you are to send a few Haki experts to train everyone there in the usage of Haki. Also in a few months, when Luffy is in Saobody, send Sabo over." Seeing how Sabo's Haki was so strong, this could only benefit them. And he wanted Sabo to join the war with him.

"How many funds are we talking about?"

"5 billion beli a year."

"The Skaarf Family sure is rich." Dragon shook his head, 5 billion is so much money for them, it pretty much covers the living expenses for a few years.

"That is what happens when you have a monopoly in 1/4 of the sea. So we have a deal?"

"Add one more thing on top of the deal."

"And that is?"

"I want enough of this drink to last me a year, every year."

"Keep dreaming, I make this personally, you only drink it when I am there."

"Oh and Dragon, Stay away from the East Blue. My little princess is resting here, don't cause her trouble." Vox half-jokingly, half-seriously said.

"Ahahahaha, you lot sure are interesting." Dragon laughed and flew off with the storm behind him.

'He really does have the Storm Storm Fruit, seems to be paramecia as well.' vox though before looking over the red line in the distance.

"Alright Heli, let go and learn a new language!" He excitedly exclaimed.

"..." Heli looked at him weirdly, did his master not learn about being more specific? Also, where and what language... such a weird master.

"That way..." Vox pointed at the direction where Sandy Island was located. There was the Kingdom of Alabasta was stationed.

Meanwhile, while Vox was flying to Alabasta, in Marineford, 4 red-heads were in a room. One of which was singing, but unlike Vox, her voice was quite nice. It is just...the song she sang...

Seeing her finally stop singing and dancing, one of the two girls looked at them with dull eyes.

"You know that brother will not be happy if he knows about it."

"C'mon Lucy, brother was the one who wrote those songs down." The girl that was singing hugged the boy, not believing a word. Why would her brother be mad when he was the one who wrote the song?

"Wendy, you and Wright will bring brother a headache." The other girl shook her head, her siblings have grown up. What can she do?

"hahaha, Lena, Brother is gonna be fine with it." Wright also didn't believe it.

"The two of you know what am talking about." Lena squinted her eyes as she looked at her siblings. Before anyone could discuss further, a knock sounded from the door.

"Knock Knock" Hearing the Knock, the 2 dancing hurriedly cleaned themselves up with their abilities. Wright created a water on both of them, which cleaned them of all sweat and then dried the clothes by controlling all the water out of it. While Wendy simply stood there and put her clothes into the right places.

"Come in." Lucy said after seeing her siblings cleaned and ready. The door opened and a man in a black suite came in, behind him his trademark drums and an Admiral cloak.

"Admiral!" the 4 of them instantly stood straight, no matter what. This was someone equal in strength to Vox! The only chance they would have at not dying is if the 4 of them worked together. Unlike Vox, their Haki was not as good as from the major figures of big organizations.

"Stand down, My name is Enel Birka, Introduce yourselves." Enel smiled as he saw the 4 of them, he was now certain that they were related to that man.

"Lena Fullbring!"

"Lucy Fullbring!"

"Wendy Fullbring!"

"Wright Fullbring!"

They all replied in a rapid-fire pace. Enel let out a laugh seeing that.

"No need to be so stiff, tell me, how is Vox?"

"Who?" Lucy was the first to answer, not wanting to risk her siblings to fuck it up.

"So you are the smartest here, well that is fine. For him to send you here, he wants you to grow stronger. That is also good."

"Excuse me for my rudeness, but I don't know what you are talking about Admiral" Lucy still denied any connection to Vox. Although Vox is not a wanted pirate or anything, his name is fairly well known. Especially the Skaarf Family. Whoever is late will do double the training for every minute or until he or she passes out. Clear?" Enel decided to just let them keep the facade. He was here to train them, he had not forgotten the one who helped him when he was at the very bottom. Just because he was at the top did not mean he would forget that man's kindness. Him getting to this point was all because of him.

"Yes, Admiral!"

"Good, rest for the day. It will be the last." Enel laughed and left the room.

Flying towards Alabasta, Vox saw many ships going from and to, but one of them caught his eyes. Because of the route he took was not reliant on the log pose, he caught sight of this very interesting pirate with a very nice devil fruit. 'Jewelry Bonny, can she revert others age as well... If she can...' Getting excited, and not because of her looks, Vox let Heli stay in the air as he zapped to their ship.
