In the middle of the East Blue, Heli was flying with Vox on top of it singing.

"Ah, Heli, me and you are going to be the best of buddies. You know what real singing is about." Vox smiled as he kept humming to and singing. Not even seeing the leaking if what seemed to be oil from Heli's eyes.

In his joyful mood, Vox's eye caught news Bird coming towards him. When it was above Vox and Heli, it dropped a newspaper and flew away. Picking up the Vox read the title and let out a smile.

"Red Haired Shanks, 4th Emperor of the Sea!"

"Hahaha, you see this Heli! the stage is all set, all it needs is a little guy with a straw hat to take the world governments attention and we can take over under their nose!" Vox laughed like a maniac, he was awaiting for this news for a long time. Shanks is someone Vox is can talk to and work with.

Heli ignored him, she was just thankful that his demonic ritual stopped.

"If I can summon this bastard before Luffy sets sail, that would be the best." Vox smiled as he thought about the latest draw he got.

"Let's sing to this good news Heli!"

"Woohoo! It's just m'cards my kids and I, so we'll fight on till I die!<...>"

Heli let out some more tears of oil as he silently flew, hoping for another of those birds to stop him.

In a completely different side of East Blue, A giant 2 headed silver dragon landed on an island. The island was called Jewel Island, for it was known for the abundant amount of Jewel mines, it was also a very known hub for trade, both legal and illegal.

Samuel landed and made Silver Twin go under the sea to hide from view. 'Now, brother told me to take this place over. Karate Sensei said using fists is the best method to control people...' Samuel walked around the city for a few hours until he found something that made his eyes burn in rage. But he ultimately controlled himself.

'I will kill all of them, but not now, I can't let down brother.' Samuel thought when he saw a slave trader's establishment. He walked for another few hours and during that time he managed to create a group of 20 men, all of which were impressed by his strength. 'Karate Sensei was right, fists speak louder than words.' Samuel smiled as he looked at the men looking at him with respect.

"Good, now let me tell you our groups name, We are the Skaarf Family. Everyone who is not from the Skaarf Family is an enemy of the Skaarf Family. Remember, the rules!

Samuel went on to state all the rules Vox made for the family, the goal was to eventually take over the east blue in the shadows, how could they have bad apples at the start? once they have control, they will do a thorough cleansing. But for now, as long they fear them, that is enough.

The same thing happened at a different place with Lucy and Lena, who chose the island known as Wenster Kingdom, it was similarly a hub spot, but here were especially a lot of blacksmiths and that led to many dojos being here. The girls tried to recruit people for the family, but... they got only 5 girls.. All the men were beaten up by the Hounds which made the two girls frustrated with them. How were they supposed to do their job if they can't get man in the group as well!?

"Forget it, brother will never let a man near us without him approving of him first." Lucy smiled at how protective he was, she honestly didn't care.

"Brother can't hide his feelings! he is scared I might fall for someone else! he is so silly!" Lena blushed as she giggled to herself.

'Yea right, lovestruck idiot. He is scared for those hunting us.' Lucy shook her head, unlike her, her sister has not regained her memories. And she is happy to keep it that way. Those memories are things that should not be remembered.

Taking out her Katana Lucy looked at the 5 girls before them and smiled sweetly, but the girls saw a devilish smile instead.

"Let's train you all for a month before we start Operation Silent Wolf." Training with multiple sword and katana teachers, such as Forma, Masaki, the Legendary Swordsman, who coincidently was an amazing Katana wielder. Vox doubted mana would be his equal. Maybe a few old monsters from Wano would be better. All that training made Lucy have an unique style to herself.

As Lucy *fought* the 5 girls, she moved like a beautiful ballerina with deadly blades as limbs. He movements were short but deadly, swift but powerful. This is her strongest power, even more powerful that her devil fruit.

She was born to wield the sword, all she needed was one that fit her and a teacher that thought her. In just a few seconds they 5 girls were on the ground.

"Get up, again." Lucy's kind smile and her cold voice made the 5 girls shiver in fear. 2 of them ran away, but the other 3 stood up and went into a stance.

"Good, you three have some backbone." Lucy smiled and attacked again, sending all 3 on the ground withing seconds.

"But you need more than just back backbone, you need the skill to back it up! Again."

While Lucy best the way of the sword into the girls bodies, litterly, Lena went to find more girls that were worth joining their Family.

Vox arrived at Dawn island, he let Heli go and fly up high for the next few weeks. The reason he didn't send her under water like always, is because this island is frequently visited.

After zapping a few times and asking for directions, Vox soon arrived at Foosha Village.

If Vox said he wasn't excited to be here, he would be lying. Vox decided to walk around the village and see the place where everything started.

It didn't take long before he arrived in front of Party's Bar, the place where everything started. Walking inside he saw many people drinking and laughing, 2 people stood out the most for Vox.

One of the was Makino, who worked here as a bartender. While the other one was a teenager with neck long black hair drinking a bear.

"Ace, where is Luffy?" Makino asked as she cleaned a drinking glass.

"I ditched him, can't be drinking when he comes here. Hahahaha"

"He will be sad, he must be shouting your name and running all over the place." Makino giggled at how these two brothers were.

"1 bear please." Vox went forward as he smiled at Makino. She smiled and poured his a beer.

"You seem to be new here." Makino gave him the glass of beer.

"Yes, I was hoping to meet Garp here." Vox drank the beer in one gulp and pushed the glass forward pointing 1 finger up. Makino poured him another.

"You know Grandpa?" Ace looked at him in surprise, he knows how his grandfather is, anyone who is mixed what him is a monster himself.

"Haha, I wanted to have a drink with him. Last time I was in a hurry. It seems like he is not here." Vox gulped down and put a few thousand Beli on the bar.

"Sir this is too much." Makino said looking at the money there.

"Keep the change." Vox stood up and walked out of the door.

"What is your name?" Ace asked as he looked at Vox.

"Vox D. Skaarf." Vox looked him in the eyes and zapped away. Leaving everyone in the bar with wide open eyes.

"He is related to that monster all right." Ace grunted as he put some Beli in the bar and left.
