"Sit down." Vox said as he pointed at a chair, he took out a card from his deck and looked at Lena, who was blushing.

"Trap card, DNA Checkup." The card in Vox's hand turned to light and went inside Lena's body.

"Don't panic, just sit for a bit." Vox assured the scared Lena.

After 5 minutes a screen appeared in front of Vox's eyes.

'I see, so they were Devil Fruit experiments, like how Joker made SMILE. Why did they never show up in the original story?' Furrowing his brows, Vox decided to research it later. But first, he needs to know of her past, or if she knew anything about it.

"Lena, do you have any memories from your past?"

"Uhm...yes?"

"Would you mind telling me?"

"Uhm, not at all. My siblings and I lived with our parents in a small town, mom and dad were hard-working as bakers. Lucy, and I would always help them out while Wendy and Wright were causing trouble." Lena smiled a bit remembering her past.

"So you don't remember anything out of place?"

"No.. I don't."

"Did your parents also had red hair and the same eyes?"

"No, my mother was a brunette while my dad had black hair. Both of them hand brown eyes."

Furrowing his brows even further Vox began thinking. 'So either her memories are fake, or her parents, are not her parents but those were tasked of watching over them or they created them...Too much information is lacking.'

"Oke, thank you, Lena, go and practice."

"En. See you later big brother!" Lena smiled as she ran out of the room.

'Sigh'

"What did I get myself into, judging from those that attacked us, they wanted them and they knew more about them than I do. My best source of information about these kids is them. But we are still too weak. The next time they will send stronger ones, I need to hide and wait for them to grow..."

"Thinking too much won't help, I will find the answers sooner or later." As he was about to leave the cabin, Night Wing walked in.

"Master, these papers were dropped by a bird." She said as she handed Vox a newspaper.

Looking at the title, Vox released a sigh of relief. 'Good, I have time.'

"Donquixote Doflamingo newest warlord of the sea!"

'Good, this means I have 10 years unit Luffy set's sail. This also means Arlong will invade Cocoyasi Village this year. And in 2 years Enel will have the Rumble Rumble Fruit. I will have to get that before he does. The fruit is too strong to not get it.' Lucky for Vox, he was a lover of reading, so when he started one piece, he did thorough research on its history. Which is now paying off.

"Thanks, Night Wing, Come out Curran" A card in his hand transformed into Curran.

"Aww master, can I whip you?" Curran said with a sadistic smile on her face.

"N....No! Night Wing, take her and Bubbleman and go to the nearby islands. Kill the strong beasts and sea monsters, bring back fruits like the one you saw before." 'I need more points, I want to get some more cards.' Vox thought as he looked at his point which was very close to 500.

"As you command Master." Night Wing said and pulled the reluctant Curran by her arm.

"Just one swing! Please! Master!" Ignoring this sadistic loli, Vox walked to his training spot at the back of the ship.

"Woah! it is big sis whipster!"

"Can you whip me? please!"

"I DON'T WANT ANY WHIPPING ON THIS SHIP!" Vox shouted when he heard Wright and Wendy talking to Curran in excitement. 'Maybe their personality is a side effect of the experiment, Must be, has to be...'

Vox's training routine was very obvious, he would do Push-ups, then squats, sit-ups, and end it with a run around the ship. (AN/ OPM regime xd)

'Good, my limit is now 15 of each, definitely better than 10 of yesterday. This world is so magical.' Vox thought to himself as he started practicing.

Back at the front of the ship, Kahn was practicing with a sword, well, swinging. They all had gotten a few basic training regimes from vox, which was just the One Punch Man regime for body training and 30 minutes of practice with their chosen weapon.

Hound was lazily sleeping while Cyber Dragon was walking around the kids and ... encouraging them? At least it looked like it. It would go near every kid make a metallic sound, do a circle around them and go to the next.

Time passed peacefully for the Skaarf family, which Vox decided to call their family name, like how mafia had family names. He also got a notification of the guild Function being unlocked.

-Members of the Guild "Skaarf" can generate Points for the host like how summoned monsters can.

-Members of the Guild "Skaarf" can be gifted 2 cards a year for personal usage.

Note: Monster Cards above level 4 can not be given!

-Members of the Guild "Skaarf" will have their membership and cards taken back with their memories altered if they no longer have absolute loyalty to the host.

(A/N: "Absolute Loyalty" in my opinion does not mean that one has to do everything told to him. But that they will never betray who they are loyal to. For example, if someone were to inquire about Vox, they caught, let's say Inara, if she has absolute loyalty towards Vox, she will never betray him no matter what happens. But that does not mean she will do everything Vox tells her, even if they go against her morals. I find this better to work with as a writer, otherwise, all I will have are puppets with names.")

"Huh. Neat." Vox just looked at for a bit and ignored it afterwards. He could not add anyone. The children were thankful sure, but if their life depended on it, it was hard to say they won't betray him. But Vox did not mind it, he was happy to see that. It was normal behavior for kids and he very much wanted them to be just kids, well, kids in training.

A month passed by fast and Night Wing came back with Curran and Bubbleman. Vox had gotten enough points to open 3 packs more, of which Vox opened Cybernetic Revolution Packs with. Just because he wanted, and not because he(Author) was biased towards cyber dragons. Aside from that no devil fruits were found.

Of the cards he got, only a few were eye-catching. A lot of roid archetype, monsters were drawn.

Drillroid, Patroid, Jetroid, Steamroid, Gyroid, and the Fusion monster Steam Gyroid. He got another dog card, that could be added to Hound and Cyber Dragon Husky, it was Wroughtweiler

As for spells and traps, he sadly did not get another Rising Energy, but he did get Fusion Recovery, which can help him get back Cyber Dragon if it was ever used as a fusion material. Vox liked that, the kids were liking Cyber Dragon and he did not want to fusion it off and be rid of it, but one never knows when it happens.

Without much luck, most of his cards were monsters. that was not useful to him. Because of that, he used Batteryman C and a Tyrano Infinity as sacrifices to use Commencement Dance Ritual spell card. Summoning Performance of Sword.

He was hoping she could teach the kids that chose a sword how to wield them, she could also aid them in other types of weapons if needed. Besides, as a warrior, she should have a better knowledge of fighting and training the kids than he does. So he let their training to her.

Knowing that he will soon have to move to Skypia and get Rumble Rumble Fruit, Vox was worried about the kids. So this time he sent Night Wing and the others to search for a remote island that is hard to access. They will use that until the kids grow up. 10 years is a lot of time.

Vox also hoped that the kids have more talent in body training that he does. 'With my talent, I will never reach the top.' Vox sighed as he thought about his last month's training. At first, he was improving fast, but once he reached 200 sit-ups, push-ups, and squats. it became so much harder to improve. It was so bad some of the children were already stronger than him.

'I am supposed to be the big brother, but I will end up the weakest... I really need a devil fruit, otherwise, it will be just sad.' Once more strengthening his belief to go to Skypia, more

specifically, to Birka.

After 20 Days, Night Wing returned and sailed the ship towards an island they found with her powers. 10 days of sailing and they arrived at a small but remote island with not intelligent inhabitants.

Vox summoned all of his monster cards and made them do construction work with Performance of Sword overseeing it, she had a very unique taste in architecture.

Vox kept sending his monster cards out to search for potential Devil Fruits and hunt for points, but he did not find anything and quite a few of the weaker monsters died, but he was not worried.

'As long as the cards that are close to the children remain intact, it is fine.'
