After having lunch, Su Mingxi changed into a beautiful floral dress and decided to take a walk. She enjoyed the cool breeze and the company of birds but it wasn't enough to take everything completely off her mind.

She hasn't yet reached her goal plus she still had to find the person who wanted to kill her. She didn't know if the man was still alive.

After walking in the garden for about an hour, Su Mingxi went back inside. She walked round the house and stumbled upon the library. She then went to find the maid if could enter inside. The maid gave her access to the library.

The books there were mainly business related. Just few of them weren't. She was familiar with some of them. She picked the ones that she hadn't read before and sat down on the chair.

Two black Maseratis pulled up at the entrance the mansion. Su Mingxia had already left the library. She went to the kitchen to get a snack and when she came out,when the maid informed her that Xu Jingyu was waiting for her in the study.
