"What is the meaning of this?!" Ivy shouted as several agents of Memento Mori entered her laboratory. Some of these men immediately grabbed her and Mary, while the others were aiming their hand guns at their bodies.
While Ivy, and Mary were still struggling against her captors, Isaac then entered the room with a sinister expression on his face. He still couldn't believe that the professor whom Miranda had raised as her successor had switched sides.
"Professor, it would be best if you come with us peacefully," Isaac said in a tone that wouldn't take no for an answer. "That goes the same for you as well, Agent Mary."
Part of him wanted to believe that Mikhail was just spouting bullsh*t, while the other half was telling him that he should leave no stone unturned. Although the chances were low, if Ivy and her personal guard, Mary, had really switched sides then the secrets of their organization had long been compromised.
