Two months after the Fashion Show In Paris, Nosferatu officially opened its main branch in France.
Phoebe had handled everything perfectly with the help of the staff of their company. She then put her attention towards "recruiting" people to manage the flagship store of their company. Naturally, this was only what was seen on the surface.
Their true goal was not that simple. Ciel had decided to open these branches in different countries for two purposes. First, to open an intelligence gathering organization, and two, to increase the members of Neo Lazarus by finding local children that would help their cause.
How would they do that? They would rely on the help of the members of the Tarot Society that were stationed in France. All of their members had very influential backgrounds. Two of them even had their own charity foundations which included orphanages.
