I Will Be Back, I Promise
Stella experienced a short burst of pain, followed by a feeling akin to pleasure.
"D-Darling, what are you doing?" Stella asked.
However, Ciel didn't give her an answer. Instead, she felt herself losing strength as the feeling of pleasure enclosed her in a loving embrace. She could feel Ciel's soft lips kissing and nibbling on her neck. There were even times when he would even lick it, which sent shivers running down her spine.
Stella didn't know how much time passed, but for some reason, she didn't want it to end. Although she wasn't able to muster strength in her body, she was still able to move her hands. Since she was on top of Ciel, all she could do was pat his head like a mother would in order to pacify her child.
Time passed and Ciel finally had his fill. Warmth spread through his body and it made him feel alive. He unconsciously kissed Stella's cheek as if to thank her for offering herself to him.
