The two girls were still unconvinced, but since Ciel had already answered their questions, they had no choice but to back down.
"Big Brother, the Founder's Day of the academy will be happening next month," Chloe said to stir the discussion in a different direction. "My homeroom teacher said a festival of sorts will be held for three consecutive days. She also added that, on the last day, a masquerade ball will be held in the evening."
"A masquerade ball?" Kate propped her chin with the back of her hand. "Sounds fun. Are we going to wear costumes?"
"We can wear costumes, or we can just wear masks to cover our faces," Chloe answered. "Big Brother, do you have any plans for the masquerade ball?"
"I will be there during the first two days, but I will not be able to join the masquerade ball," Ciel replied. "However, the two of you should enjoy the party. Kate, I will have Heinz call a professional tailor to make a costume for you."
