Ciel’s Experiment
A week passed after Ciel discovered his new ability. He called this ability, Fascinate. This ability allowed him to command someone to do his bidding for a limited period of time.
Vampires were known to have the power to charm people and make them their slaves. At least, that is what the movies taught Ciel. However, this was not a movie, and he needed to face reality.
He had already conducted four experiments with varying results. His second attempt successfully allowed him to fascinate his test subject for half an hour before the connection broke. This was after he had taken her blood.
Ciel could feel his powers reaching their peak after being fed. His third attempt ended up in failure. He tried to use this ability to someone whom he met for the first time. He tried to use his skill after refusing to feed for two days.
