Stephen saw what happened to Lynn and immediately growled in anger. He ignored his mangled and bleeding hands and charged towards the Harbinger with the intention to bite her to death.
A sneer appeared on the Harbinger's face and its eyes were filled with contempt. Although its hands were also injured, it was less severe than Stephen's. The fiend's eyes turned bloody red as it lowered its body to charge forward.
The brief burst of speed, allowed it to almost instantly appear in front of Stephen which caught him unprepared. The Harbinger rotated its body and sent its elbow straight towards Stephen's chest.
Stephen felt a dull pain on his chest, which stopped his momentum. As he closed his mouth shut to prevent the rising blood from spilling from his lips, he felt the back of the Harbinger's fist slam against the side of his face.
