Cornered Mouse

Halfway through the day at work, Kai sat working diligently at his desk, having no distractions as Jinn had out of the office work most of the day. "Kai, my man.", said his coworker John coming up and sitting on the side of his desk.

"Hey what's up?", Kai responded, not bothering to look up.

"That looks pretty damn good my dude.", said John, patting Kai on the shoulder.

Dropping his charcoal pencil Kai looked up with his eyes narrowed, knowing that John was only buttering him up. "what is it that you want John?",

"Am I that obvious?", John chuckled, a smirk on his face. "But any who, I need a favor."

"Of course, what do you need?", said Kai rolling his eyes.

"I need an extension on my project, could you talk to Jinn for me?", said John holding his hands together like he was praying.

"What makes you think that he'll okay it just because I asked?", said Kai raising a brow and John narrowed his eyes.

"Seriously?", said John, answering almost as if Kai was playing him for a fool.

"What?", Kai said cluelessly.

"Come on Kai, don't make me say it out loud dude, we are at work ya know.", John chuckled.

"I really have no idea what you're talking about.", said Kai growing irritated.

"Oh come on, you two? It's not like it's an office secret. People are very observant, they just don't say anything.", John explained.

"My God, are we that obvious?", Kai asked a bit mortified, as he was hearing this for the first time.

"You mean like how you're the only person allowed to walk into his office without knocking or how he chooses to take his non designated lunch break whenever you take yours? Or you mean like when you were out on sick leave and he was super anxious for no reason at all? Yeah, I'd say that's pretty obvious.", John laughed.

Rolling his eyes, Kai let out a sigh, picking up his pencil and continued working, "Any way, I'm not going to be able to help you with that. He wouldn't even give me an extension on Tomo Kan's project, and he had a crus…never mind.", Kai paused for a minute realizing he probably shouldn't be having this conversation with a coworker.

"I had a feeling you'd turn me down, but it was worth a shot and speak of the devil.", said John as he hopped off of Kai's desk and hurried away with a smirk on his face. Glancing behind him, Kai saw that Jinn was back at the office and power walking toward his office.

Letting out a sigh, Kai put his pencil back down, got up and made his way toward Jinn's office. When he got there, without thinking about it, he proceeded to turn the doorknob, but he quickly stopped, raising his hand toward the door and knocking instead.

"Come in!", Jinn raised his voice on the other side of the door, his tone sounding like he didn't want to be bothered. Letting out a barely audible sigh, Kai opened the door, went in and closed the door behind him.

"Hey you.", said Kai placing himself in the chair across from Jinn who was focused on writing.

"Oh hey babe.", said Jinn, glancing up with a smirk on his face, his demeanor different from how he sounded when Kai had knocked. "I thought you were someone else, why'd you knock, you know you don't have to do that.", he continued, looking back down at what he was writing.

Widening his eyes for a moment, Kai stared down at his lap, "yeah apparently not.", he mumbled.

"Hmm?", Jinn asked as he hadn't heard Kai clearly.

"Jinn, did you know that everyone knows that we're dating?", Kai suddenly blurted out.

"More or less.", Jinn responded, not bothering to look up again.

"Jinn!", Kai said firmly and without hesitation Jinn looked up giving Kai his undivided attention.

"What?", Jinn asked as he could tell that something was wrong.

"I need you to treat me like a normal employee, like scold me if I walk in without permission or something!", Kai whined.

"…", not saying anything, Jinn threw his head back and let out a cackle.

"Don't laugh, I'm serious!", Kai whined again.

"Babe, why are you like this? Clearly nobody gives a crap or they would have said something by now, or did they? Do I need to address this?", said Jinn, his playful tone becoming more serious.

"No, please don't do that!", Kai said anxiously as he could see the look on his boyfriend's face. "Just treat me like I'm just another employee, no special treatment and I promise to knock from now on."

With a smirk on his face, Jinn stood, walking around the table to where Kai was sitting and placing both of his hands on each of Kai's shoulders. "Jinn, what are you doing?", Kai asked as Jinn began to massage his shoulders.

Leaning down so that his lips were to Kai's ear, Jinn spoke. "You want to be treated like everyone else you say?", he asked, his deep suave voice sending a shiver down Kai's back. "You mean you don't like it if I do this?", he asked once more placing kisses on Kai's long neck.

Squeezing his eyes shut, Kai stiffened his body. "Jinn.", he said softly, his voice turning into a slight whimper.

Pulling his lips away, Jinn placed his lips back toward Kai's ear as he slid one hand down his shoulder and to his chest. "No? Not that? Does that mean I can't do this either?", he teased, as he began to nibble on Kai's ear while he fondled the budding nipple underneath Kai's dress shirt.

Holding his breath, Kai held back the moan that was itching to come out of his mouth. Squeezing his eyes even tighter, Kai began to fidget in his seat, unable to help the fact that he was becoming aroused.

"Not that? Am I not allowed to do this either?", Jinn whispered once more as he slid the hand that was resting on Kai's other shoulder down his abdomen and in between his legs, massaging the hard on that was smushed against his slim fitting slacks.

"Mn.", Kai moaned, a soft whimper escaping his lips. "Jinn, you have to stop.", he said softly, heavy breathes escaping in between each word.

"Do I have to stop? Are you sure you don't want this?", Jinn whispered again, the hand that was massaging Kai's member becoming more aggressive.

With a hand in between Kai's legs and the other playing with his nipple, Jinn began to nibble on Kai's neck, biting here and there when he pleased. Biting his bottom lip, Kai was doing his best to hold back another moan when a knock suddenly sounded on the door.

Licking around Kai's earlobe first, Jinn then removed his hands, leaving Kai and walking around his desk and sitting himself down. "Come in.", he said normally, like he had not just been misbehaving.

"Hey I forgot to give you this one to sign.", said Jane walking in. "Oh, hey Kai.", said Jane, patting Kai on the shoulder as she placed things on the table for Jinn to look at.

"Heya Jane.", Kai said softly, placing both hands to cover his lap.

As Jane and Jinn discussed the project she had just brought in, Kai just sat there covering the hard on in his lap. The poor guy was turned on, and nervous at the same time, what if Jane asked him to stand for some reason?

"Oh Kai, why don't you help Jinn finish the rest of these, you have a good eye.", said Jane, turning toward Kai to see that he was a little flushed in the face. "Oh sweetie, are you alright? Do you need to go home? We need you at a hundred percent now.", said Jane raising the back of her hand to Kai's forehead.

"I'm fine.", Kai chuckled awkwardly.

"Okay then, please don't feel you need to be here if you aren't feeling well, but I'll see you two tomorrow. I'm gonna head out for the day, have a good night.", said Jane, quickly exiting the office.

As soon as the door closed, Jinn began to giggle, he knew that look on his boyfriend's face.

"I hate you.", Kai whispered, and Jinn laughed harder.

"I love you more.", he said with that same warm smile, dimples present.

After Jinn and Kai had finished signing off on projects, the two left for the day and were on their way back to Jinn's apart.

"I'm gonna stop and get gas now because going in the morning is a bitch.", said Jinn as he turned into the gas station, pulling up to a pump.

"Okay babe.", Kai responded, as he was reading through emails on his phone.

"You want a snack or something babe?", Jinn asked as he opened the car door.

"Sure.", Kai responded, not paying much attention.

"Well, what do you want Kai?", Jinn asked with a raised brow as he waited for Kai to elaborate.

"Eh…surprise me.", said Kai, finally looking up with that eye squinting pretty smile on his face and Jinn couldn't help, but to smirk before he finally got out of the car and made his way into the gas station.

Opening the door to the station, Jinn walked in and began browsing for snacks, looking quite closely at things before he picked.

"Since when do you eat snacks?", said a familiar voice behind him.

Nearly jumping out of his skin, Jinn turned around to see Richard standing there. Letting out a sigh, Jinn rolled his eyes and walked away with Richard power walking behind him. "You can't just ignore me Jinn!", Richard said firmly.

"And you can't just keep showing up at places because you know my schedule and habits!", said Jinn suddenly coming to a stop and turning toward Richard.

"I'm sorry, but I don't know how else to get in contact with you Jinn. Did you like the flowers I sent you?", Richard whined, his eyes teary.

"Rich please stop this, it's borderline stalkerish.", said Jinn grabbing a bag of nacho tortilla chips and making his way toward the line.

"Are you kidding me? You unfairly drop me after that asshole comes back to the U.S. and because I'm still in love with you, I'm a stalker? Well fuck you Jinn!", Richard shouted before storming out of the door causing everyone in the store to stop and stare.

Although embarrassed, Jinn lowered his head and got in line, somewhat relieved that his boyfriend had decided not to come in with him. He didn't want Kai to worry about the fact that Richard had been sending him things and showing up for the last few weeks, so hopefully this would be the last time he ever saw the guy.
