-Rays pov-
"Now let's start our experiment.." i said pointing my hand at Ares while chanting "Fate of the divine" and a small light beam flew towards ares at blinding Speed.
Ares seeing the high speed light coming to his body tried to evade it but failed to do so. As Ares closed his eyes bracing for the pain to come but he slowly opened his eyes as the pain didn't come as expected. The only thing that happened is that his body just glowed orange for a second and return back to normal.
Ares looked at Ray in confusion and smirked "ohh what's that suppose to do make me sparkle at night" Ares commented with mockery.
"Funny you asked but don't worry it will come..'' I commented much to Ares confusion.
"What are you.." his words were cut of as his body started to glow again but this time he felt a part of his power being lost as if plunged awaya.
Ares widened his eyes as he felt his sudden power decrease by the time he recovered from his shock his body again glowed orange and part of his energy was again lost.
"what did you do ?" Ares asked in horror normally he had faced magic like this as user will try to steal the opponent magic or stamina. While he was able to resist to such attacks in the past but now he was just stripped unable to do any form of resistance its like law.
"Although you won't understand it's like a skill I had obtained in game under my Job class 'God Slayer'. This skill can only be effective those who have divinity or a divine source basically meaning gods .The casted person will loose a percent of their power constantly at a collective interval of time until death.Well to sum it up its a debuffing skill of death.I was wondering if those will be effective here and decided to test it out" Ray said explaining as much as understandable as possible.
"what the hell are you even speaking of ?" Ares spoke irritated as he doesn't understand half of anything what he said it felt like he is mocking him .
"Sighh.. that's why I said you won't understand well let's continue I have time for 2 more skill" I said while holding up his sword.
Ares although looked like he did not understand half of what i said but was able to make the right decision of finishing the fight before all of his power is being drained and with that he summoned a sword and lunged at me with a jump.He raised his arm and slashed his sword in a downwards motion I managed to parry it by slashing diagonally but as I blocked it. Ares in a second skillfully crouched down and launched a leg sweep hoping to swipe me of the ground but all that happened was Ares grunting in pain as his leg sweep made contact with my leg it didnt even made me budge. Although in skills he was superior but my stats are all beyond his from strength to magic to agility I was overwhelming him to the point it look pitifull. so I decided to end it with one more experiment. I grabbed him by the head and throw him backwards he was sent crashing through the trees.
As I watched Ares stand up and come dashing at me with his sword coated in lightning I chanted
"Primal Fear".

-Ares pov-
I need to end it now or I won't be able to survive I can feel my life draining away each second leading me closer me to death I musterd all my power into my sword making it brim with lightning.
I had willed all my energy into the sword and dashed at him hoping to end it in one go but as I got closer to him I saw him starting to say something . I noticed a small amount of darkness surrounding him and out of nowhere an unbelievable pressure started to fall down on me making fall down on my knees.
I felt my body being penetrated by an dreadful power source that began to search through my soul for something and it stopped at my emotions as if it found its target it was MY FEAR. it had similarity to my Uncle hades Helm of Fear but this is beyond another level. I need to resist it with everything I got or i am certain I will not survive what is coming to me. I set up all the resistance as I could but its all for naught as it phased through my resistances like nothing and i began scream and beg for it to stop but it was heard deaf in ear and kept on going till it merged with my fear.
"Oh No..." Everything went dark after that.

- Rays pov -
I watched as Ares in the ground screaming in pain no in fear of something I don't know what he seeing but it looked over exaggerated or it had better effect than I thought after a minute or two he stopped screaming and layed on the ground devoid of emotion more like brain dead no need to make him suffer anymore but took the time to take his blood it might be usefull. After that I looked down at him and slowly raised my sword and with a swing decapitated his head.
I slowly turned back to look at the new person that had arrived she was standing there frozen at the display. she looked at me first then looked at Ares more intensely . Seems like she could sense who he his now but looking back at me all I could see is fear.
"who are you and what have you done?".she demanded angrily but I can sense it was to cover her fear .
"Who I am is none of your business and what I done is set things straight" I said turning back to leave but suddenly something wrapped around my right hand and I looked down to see her famous lasso.
"The lasso of Hestia compels you tell the truth" She said holding on to the lasso.
I looked at the lasso and felt some power trying to enter me but is abruptly being stopped by my armour. I sighed this armour is too op because it can absorb all form of energy unconditionally. I then looked at Diana who had her eyes widened of what she is seeing .
"Well tell Hestia it didn't work ..." i said to her disappearing without a trace .
