Wired Thoughtfully

"What is it?" I hissed.

Kalix has been tormenting me for days now. Sally gave up visiting me. I suspect it was Chris that told her not to. I don't mind. The less people I have to interact with, the less headache.

"Do you want to see some pictures?" The irritating question has been asked multiple times already. He's bugging my ears for something I don't want to see. What's with the freaking pictures anyway?

"I don't. Scram," I growled low. Kalix jumped an inch away from me in surprise. That caused me to give him a fanged smile. He looked stupid.

"Hey, stop doing that. We're not doing violence here," he pouted and shoved his phone again on my face. I flicked it away. Kalix was quick on his feet just to catch the airborne device.

"Mavis!" He chided, clutching his phone now safely tucked on his chest.

"You're a good catcher. Position in front. You'll help me train," I instructed, flicking my already bandaged knuckles.
