A Mother's Love

I have at one time or another been in love with my mother.

I can say she was better than my father

For starters

She has always been a better lover

This is a touchy topic for me

If I end up crying, let me be.

Look away from me,

Cause there is nothing to see.

Hold on, just give me a second

I just need to do a quick check-in

Did you know my mother was deceased?

For one to love when they are gone is kind of hard

Mom, you were a star

Dad love is okay, or whatever

But mom your love is forever.
