Chapter 13

James struggled to get back on his feet, his glare fixed on Raizel before briefly glancing at Bella. Raizel, noticing James's gaze, casually walked to the side where the TV was still playing the recorded video. "Bella, do you still suck at dance?" he asked, his words causing Bella to tense up as she watched him move away from her side. Glancing back at James, she saw his fingers inching towards her neck.

Raizel turned towards them, unsurprised by James's actions as he anticipated what the volatile vampire might do. As James's nails dug into Bella's neck, causing her to wince in pain, Raizel chuckled lightly. Suddenly, James's vision blurred, and he felt his head rolling on the ground. He watched in horror as Raizel stood beside his decapitated body, his gaze now fixed on him.

Bella, initially terrified by the sudden turn of events, was bewildered by how swiftly Raizel had moved, almost as if he had teleported. She instinctively tried to cover the wound on her bleeding neck caused by James's attack, her mind reeling from the shock of the situation and the pain.

Then Raizel glanced towards the corner and addressed Edward, "Are you done watching?" Edward cautiously stepped forward, his body feeling like a puppet under someone else's control. Despite his mind being intact, he couldn't move freely.

Meanwhile other Cullens entered through the main entrance, unlike in the original scenario. They had met Frankenstein outside, waiting for Raizel's return. Carlisle approached Raizel and bowed respectfully, addressing him as "Lord." Raizel, glancing at Bella, instructed, "Treat her." Carlisle nodded and hurried to Bella's side to examine her injury. Raizel released his control over Edward, allowing him to rush to Bella's side as well.

Observing the others approaching Bella with concern, Raizel commanded, "Burn his body." Without hesitation, they tore apart James's headless corpse, preventing it from rejoining. Raizel watched them with a calm demeanor.

Glancing at Bella, who seemed irritated towards Edward, likely due to the influence of Raizel's control over him. Before departing, Raizel decided to offer Bella some advice. "Bella," he called, capturing her attention. When she glanced at him, he continued, "Those marks on your neck. Next time, it won't end there. That's what happens to those involved with things they shouldn't." Though Bella may not fully comprehend, the other Cullens understood Raizel's warning.

Content that his task was complete, Raizel walked away, remarking, "Well, you won't learn anyway.".

While outside, Frankenstein observed Raizel emerging from the old ballet studio and promptly got out of the car to open the door for him. Raizel wordlessly entered the car, and without delay, Frankenstein started the engine and began driving. After a moment of silence, Raizel spoke up, instructing Frankenstein, "Frankenstein, make arrangements. We're going to Europe." Frankenstein nodded in acknowledgment, replying, "Yes, Master.". Raizel's lips curled into a small smile as he thought to himself, "Things are getting interesting.".

Central Europe, Hungary

Emerging from the shadows, a tall figure made his way towards a highly guarded area, followed closely by another figure. Some guards attempted to intercept them, but the intense red eyes of the shadowy figure left their minds blank, causing them to doubt their own perceptions. Despite the heightened security, they effortlessly entered the building, where surveillance cameras tracked their every move. It didn't take long for alarms to blare, sealing off all exits.

Confronted by armed guards, one of them ordered, "Don't move. Stay there." Ignoring the command, Raizel continued forward, unfazed by the bullets that were deflected by an invisible barrier surrounding him. Turning to Frankenstein, Raizel instructed, "Deal with them," before using telekinesis to disarm the guards. As more guards closed in, Frankenstein stepped forward with a sinister grin.

Meanwhile, Raizel descended to another floor, leaving Frankenstein to handle the approaching guards. With a wicked smile, Frankenstein taunted, "Fufufufufu." As some guards moved to pursue Raizel, Frankenstein unleashed a powerful blade, carving a deep cut into the floor and forcing the guards to retreat. Taking stock of the situation, Frankenstein declared, "Let us have some fun then.".
