Sarcos's revenge

Sienna saw the enormous spider, shrieked in horror and turned to run to the door, she was backing off too. She felt a bit stupid to provoke him this much, but he planned to kill her anyway. "I made him angry, he will surely kill me now! Well, at least Sharchan will not tell me off for not listening to him! And Tyrell can hang his little hammer on the wall! And Sarcos should be here on time!" she raged inside as she tried to run and look for something sharp to help her out.

The huge spider moved his fangs."Don't kill her yet, I want to mate!" Thurssa tried to stop his spider, but he was too thirsty with uncontrollable lust."She will be so beautiful in my theatre."The spider lusted. Thurssa desperately tried to change back, he made a mistake trying to scare her and the spider was too excited to chase after her. Thurssa could not control the spider anymore. He felt trapped in the huge brown spider body, which acted on its bloody instinct. He was a predator and Sienna was his prey. The spider leapt after her at enormous speed and almost caught her by her leg, when she felt a hard hand pulling her into the walls, away from him even faster. It was Samuel. He was waiting near the doors for a good moment to snatch her, when he saw her backing off. Sienna looked at him in surprise. He just held her ready to run with her and protect her.

The spider stopped for a moment searching for her, when Sarcos leaned off from the wall and buried his sword into the big spider's body. The blue blood started to gush out.

Spider got distracted in pain and Thurssa managed to change into a human form. The wound on his neck was bleeding. He held it with his hand and it started to heal rapidly. Thurssa smiled."King Sarcos, what a pleasure, you come to join us. But I'm not willing to share my darhling."

Sarcos laughed darkly."I made a promise to those who force my queen. You think you are immortal, but let me show you, you are not indestructible." Sarcos dropped his sword on the floor and held his hands together.

Thurssa stared at him curiously. He noticed Samuel holding the queen in his embrace behind Sarcos. He tried to call him, but Samuel did not move. "He betrayed me," Thurssa understood, "He chose to protect the queen," he was upset lightly but felt somehow grateful to him, till she lives he be able to get her.

Thurssa took a step back involuntarily. He did not understand what Sarcos is doing, but he felt a dark cloud coming from him. Sarcos's closeness started to suffocate him, so he kept going backwards till he fell into the empty pool changing to his spider form again as he landed.

Sarcos clapped his hands and created a strong energy field over the pool. Then he murmured something and the colossal spider body was engulfed in blue and golden fire.

Samuel let go of shaking Sienna, who watched in shock and stood in front of her. Sarcos watched the burning king with cruel satisfaction. The flame-engulfed spider was trying to break the field but he could not get out. He was changing between human and spider forms in seconds, but both forms were on fire. He was reduced to ashes in a short time. Sarcos had some strange kind of fast-consuming inner fire.

Sienna felt suddenly sick and weak. She slid down the cold wall and curled up kneeling, hiding her face in her hands while the king was burning.

Samuel watched with awe."King Sarcos must be invincible."Samuel thought. He was quite happy to be on his good side.

When the fire stopped, Sarcos pushed the energy field smaller and smaller with the subtle moves of his hand. It was moving the dark ashes with it. Then Sarcos clenched his fist and the ashes suddenly exploded within the tight energy field. A small dark blue diamond with rough edges appeared at the bottom of the pool. Sarcos took a small square of black silken fabric and placed the stone inside. Then he sealed it with a golden scorpion mark. He just melted it on with his palm.

Samuel looked in awe. Sarcos gave him the packet, "Here. Burry your late king and do not open the packet under any circumstances."

Samuel nodded.

Sienna watched in awe. She had no clue Sarcos can do this kind of magic. "No wonder everyone is afraid of him."She thought.

Sarcos turned to Sienna. She was covered in her long golden hair, kneeling on the floor. She looked at him in awe. He crouched next to her and put the strand of her hair behind her ear."I'm sorry, I took so long. I just had to have him away from you to attack him. You did so well. You were very brave."He smiled at her and kissed her forehead. He rather did not tell her, that if she did not roll off that settee, he will have to watch how Thurssa mates with her and kill him after. Sarcos did not want to risk getting her hurt. He knew if he tried to push Thurssa off her, Thurssa was fast enough to kill her with a flick. Spider King was almost fast as him, though not so strong. Even if Sarcos will cut him to pieces, they will be still not dead. Burning him down and changing him to rock, was the only way how to imprison him.

Sienna held Sarcos's arm. She looked at him almost not believing her eyes. He lifted her up and hugged her. Her head was buried in his chest breathing hardly. She was still in shock. Sienna inhaled Sarcos's intoxicating scent and forgot about the place and time. It was just her and him standing together in the middle of nowhere.

After a while, Sarcos lifted her chin."Come, we need to go."Sarcos picked the warm blanket off the settee and covered her shivering body. Sienna hugged the blanket. It felt weird. She felt like her mind is suddenly going blank. She just stared around her without thinking and followed Sarcos's lead.

Sarcos held her waist tightly and called to Samuel, who was holding a black packet and staring at them.

" Who else knows about how to create immortal females?"Sarcos asked Samuel."Mehrat and madame."Samuel replied. Sarcos's brows furrowed."We need to end them."

"I will kill madame," Samuel said. He had a big grudge against her, for keeping his sister as a concubine. Sarcos nodded." I meet you after at Mehrat's room."

Samuel went after madame. He slid into the harem easily, as Sarcos slaughtered all the guards around while looking for the king. Samuel killed madame in her sleep with one blow. Nobody, who knew how to create immortal females should be left alive, to prevent it from happening again. Samuel came back to Mehrat's door. He saw Sienna waiting there, leaning weakly at the wall, so he smiled at her and stood next to her, waiting for his next orders.

Sarcos came to Mehrat's room. Mehrat was writing something behind his table and he was not surprised to see Sarcos. He just looked at him knowingly. He knew it was a bad idea to take Sarcos's queen, but Thurssa was not listening to him. He just closed his eyes as Sarcos slaughtered him without questions.

Sarcos went out of the room and instructed Samuel. "Guard the queen, take her back to her room. I will join you shortly. "Then he went back to immortal female's theatre. He looked at the sleeping concubines. They were all dead already for a long time. Sarcos made an energy field again and burned all theatre of them to ashes. None could escape. The unlucky dead females even did not notice as they awoke only in Thurssa's presence. The big blue diamond was all left from them after Sarcos finished. He did not like to leave a mess after himself. He picked it up and packed the same as the king's diamond. He will give it to Samuel, to bury with the king.

Sarcos was finished in the castle for now and rushed back to pick up Sienna. She was hiding with Samuel back in her room. She put on the silvery silken tunic, she found in her dress chest and was waiting for Sarcos eagerly. "Samuel," she looked at the guard as she sat on the bed, "Thank you so much for helping me."She started slowly coming back to herself. Samuel looked at her."I just could not let him kill you."Sienna gave him a faint smile."I still can't believe he is dead."

Samuel looked at her.

"Did you like him a bit?"Samuel asked her.

"Maybe a bit."Sienna thought."I liked his creativity, I think, I kind of understood him. But I definitely did not like that huge spider." she shivered, but felt a bit awkward as Samuel was a big spider too. She just never saw him in his spider form.

Samuel nodded. He could see that she liked him a bit."Are you sad?" he asked her.

"Yes," Sienna looked at him with furrowed brows, confused by her own feelings." I just feel as if I lost someone close to me. Maybe I just got used to him much." she sighed.

Samuel nodded.

The doors opened abruptly and Sarcos barged in. He was listening behind a door a bit. He looked at Sienna and ran his palm on her face." Don't be sad my love. There was no other choice than to kill him. It was not possible to help him. The blood of Spider Royalty from his ancestor's line was cursed with a taste for female food. It was like lust in his blood, he could not help it."Sarcos sighed.

Sienna nodded and held his hand on her cheek, "I'm so grateful you come for me. If it is not for you, I will be not here anymore ."She stared into his sparkly dark eyes.

"I will do anything for you, Sienna. You are my life." Sarcos looked at her seriously.

"And you are my love."She smiled at him."My private Trojan Horse."Sienna held him tight.

Sarcos smiled."Let's keep it a secret."

Sienna nodded."Nobody needs to know you are such a trickster."

Sarcos nodded."It was a great idea." he hoped he will not need to use it again.

Samuel did not understand their conversation even a tiny bit. He definitely knew the king is a scorpion and not a horse. He was thinking the statue was broken by Thurssa because Sarcos's hair was in it. He was thinking Sarcos used his magic to appear in the castle. If Samuel had a favourite superhero, Sarcos would be on top of his list.
