Little House
Wisp has been in this world for a week now with his new companion, Midro. They ventured out of the forest and explored the great plateau together. The two survive and thrive together. Their days were monotonous. Wake up, eat, bathe in the river, hunt, eat, pamper, eat, train, hunt, eat, pamper, sleep.
It was just like any other day. The two were out on the plateau. They found sweet slimes, which were slimes made of acid and sugar. Four fireballs appeared at the ends of Midro's tails and they were launched at three of the smiles, incineration them. The fireball had also created a smoke screen when making contact with the slimes and covered the remaining three. Wisp ran up to the remaining ones with his stealth skill and bisected the remaining slimes.
From each slide drop a slime core and 1-2 sugar clumps. He put all the loot in his inventory. Midro ran up to his leg, panting like a dog and demanding praise. Wisp got on one knee and rubbed her face, making shapes with it.
"Good girl! Who's a good girl? You are!... Maybe I shouldn't baby-talk you like that."
Wisp patted Midro and got back up. Wisp opened his system screen.

It seems the berries Midro fed me were some of the classified herbs needed to level up my cleric skills. He also learned he could permanently up his MP by meditation or relieving myself. Acts like sleeping, eating good food, doing things he enjoys like looking at cute things or playing with Midro, and having sex. Not that he could ever do that last one anyway.
In fact, even getting good food was hard. Most food out here was tasteless. Wisp wanted to try to craft a grill, but he didn't have the materials.
Suddenly, Midro ran off out in the distance.
"Wait, Midro!"
Wisp ran closely behind her. She looked like she was onto something. She stopped in front of something. It was a destroyed wooden wooden house. It was decayed and moldy. Then, another system screen appeared in front of me.
[Notice. House is in condition for refurbishing.]
[Recommendation. Collect wood and stone in order to rebuild the house.]
He looked at the house. It was true, it could be rebuilt, but it would take a long time. Yet, it was still better than sleeping in caves every night.
"Midro, will you help me?"
She raised her paw and barked, signing she would be more than happy to help.
"Well, let's get started."
They added a new part to their day. They would take an hour out of their day to gather wood and rocks from the forest. They stored the items in Wisp's inventory and once it was full, they went back to the house. The first few days were spent cleaning off the mold and tearing off the decayed wood. He also managed to construct a furnace with the wood and rocks he gathered and was finally able to make stone.
He started off by crafting his two new daggers. They were much stronger and much more durable. Then, the next few weeks were spent reconstructing the house. About a month later, the house looked as good as new, which was impressive considering how bad it looked at first. It was empty, but both Wisp and Midro were mapping out what they wanted the inside to look like.
Wisp sat on the floor in the middle of the two-story wooden and stone house with Midro on his lap. He was looking through his screens, like always.

"I've never actually used a buff skill."
Wisp opened the basic buff skill. It increased one's speed, strength, and defense by 1.25% for 20 seconds. It cost 16 mp and he currently had 59. He wondered if he could stack the buffs. Midro looked up at him curiously. She had no idea what her master was thinking.
Out of nowhere, the two felt a very noxious aura emitting from outside the house. It was so intense, they both felt like throwing up. Wisp tried to leave Midro inside, but she bit his pants leg, not letting go until he agreed to take her with him. The two walked outside to meet...
