Chapter 29: Enjoying Life

I lay on the mat feeling like my body was about to fall apart. Liang Xiaowei walked over and sat down beside me, "Keep it up, Xiaowen. Even though you're not exactly a delicately built guy, you're not much stronger than one either."

I barely managed to open my eyes, "Thanks a lot." Liang Xiaowei pounded my stomach with another punch, "Don't mention it, we're all brothers here."

Her punch nearly made me vomit. Seeing that I no longer had the energy to train, Liang Xiaowei told me to lie flat. She found a foot target among a pile of equipment, then told me to relax before lifting the foot target.

I was startled and quickly stopped her, "What are you doing?"

Liang Xiaowei looked at me innocently, "Didn't Coach Yu train you with this? It's a way to relax your muscles and can train your abs. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt at all."

I was skeptical, but seeing my disbelief, Liang Xiaowei didn't dawdle, pressed me down on the mat, and smacked my stomach with the foot target.
