The moment the opening ceremony ended the advisor of each class stood in front of their students. Each one of them were emitting a very oppressive aura that intimidated the other students.
Sigmund studied each one of them and saw that even while standing in front of students they weren't showing any openings. It felt like they were going to attack the students if necessary.
"Students assigned to Class 1-A gather here." The one who spoke was a rather short male teacher. He was wearing some random clothes that don't match each other. Sigmund noticed that he was hiding a ton of weapons. He could also smell a weird scent coming from the man.
When everybody was done gathering in front of their respective advisers, the students in the lower classes like D and C were eyeing the students in A and B. It was at that moment when the tension was growing a student in class 1-D spoke to a student in class 1-C.
"I challenge you to a battle." The student from class 1-D was a young girl that looked like an old school delinquent. The one she challenged was someone who looked like a cliche of what a nerd used to look like, big round glasses with a wimpy body.
"Oh, a battle right after the opening ceremony, what a surprise." A woman suddenly appeared in between the two. She was wearing a shirt that had the number twenty on it. Her black eyes that were looking at the two students were filled with disdain. Lilitth walked towards the woman and happily introduced the new arrival.
"Everyone this person is Ms. Amanda she's the person in charge of battles. She's the one who approves if a battle is valid, she's also the referee of every battle."
"Wait how can she referee every battle? Do we need to wait in line every time we want to challenge someone?" A student from Class 1-D asked.
"No, you don't, you see her ability is one of the reasons she's the referee. How about you show them, Amanda." Lilitth smiled at Amanda who was frowning.
"Every damn year." After saying something under her breath, a few dozen Amandas showed up and surrounded the students. Each one of them were exactly alike except for the shirt they were wearing that had different numbers on them.
"Amanda is an ability user and her ability is creating clones herself. Not only does each one of these clones have the same physical specs as the original they also have the same ability as the original. Though the ability of the clones has more restrictions and the clone of a clone doesn't have the ability to create more clones." Lilitth explained which caused Amanda to look at her boss with dejection.
"Why thank you, Principal Lilitth, for telling them about my ability."
"Excuse me, how many clones can Ms. Amanda make?" One of the students asked.
"Sorry can't tell you that much. Well, truth be told even I don't know the answer to that question." Lilitth looked at the student and answered.
"Liar..." Amanda whispered to herself and sighed. "Alright then, I approve of the battle between student Ericka Lodely of Class 1-D, and Student Rico Croon of Class 1-C will begin at 11:45 in the open arena number 223. Weapons and use of abilities are allowed, prepare yourselves before the battle." Once Amanda was done giving her announcement she and her clones left.
"Alright then, before anyone else thinks of commencing another challenge I suggest you first get to your classrooms." Hearing what Lilitth said the teachers nodded their heads and left with their respective students. As the students and teachers were leaving Lilitth looked at her two siblings and smiled.
...
The students of Class A were following their class advisor through the campus. Sigmund who was looking around was not surprised to see that Chromer was like a little town. It was a huge place with almost everything you need. From normal things like restaurants to specialized stores that sell weapons and trinkets.
Even though the campus was huge the students on the campus were fewer than what Sigmund imagined. He also noticed that though most of the students were acting normally, hanging out with friends, and discussing ways to get stronger, they were a subtle intensity in the atmosphere.
"Hey Sieg, it looks like the upperclassmen are stronger than we thought," Yuuki whispered.
"Even so, my objective doesn't change... It's actually better this way," Sigmund replied.
"Don't forget that my sister and I are also here. Don't expect us to go easy on you." Yuuki smiled hearing Sigmund's answer, and Mirai who was standing at Yuuki's left side nodded her head.
"He's right I won't lose." Mirai who has been silent for the entire time finally spoke. As the trio were conversing the other members of the class were curiously looking at them. Who among the current generation didn't know of the Samaritas, but what made them curious was the boy standing beside them. He was an unknown factor but based on the fact that he was with the twins and was also a part of Class A he should be pretty strong.
They then looked at the other students and as expected each one of them were quite famous within the district. It was only the boy and girl holding a sword that were a complete mystery.
'Pretty interesting, not only is Ria Valeir in this school, the Samarita twins and even the supposed tiger of Helion middle school Roland is here. Though Roland isn't in Class 1-A... It must be because of the written exam... Well, the other students in Class A aren't push-overs either, it's like a den of little monsters. Still, that guy walking with the twins, he seems so familiar... If he's in this class surely he must be someone of note.' The boy walking at the back of the line was looking at a notepad. The boy smiled mischievously as he started to jot down something on his notepad.
