Revelation

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is the day you've all been waiting for. The fight of the century; father against offspring! Are you ready to witness the fight?"

Hearing the announcer rev the audience left me in awe. Fight of the century, huh? Well, I certainly have to live up to that.

"How are you feeling?" Alva asked, gesturing to my lower stomach. I frowned, covering my womb with a hand.

"... Fine, I suppose. I'm on my last day." I supplied. After that day, Alva seemed to have took it upon himself to check up on me. Although his complete turn in personality was quite astonishing, it took me no time to adjust.

In fact, I find his help quite useful.

"Still, be careful." He stared at the hand over my womb. "You never know what might happen."

I scoffed. "I'll be fine. I've fought off hundreds of people before, while on my first day."

"What? You really are a monster." He teased half-heartedly.
